I lodged a complain about ( King Price Insurance in Menlyn and 123 Panel Beaters in Bronkhorspruit) with legalwise two weeks ago about unfinished work on my car HY80CVGP, up to now, I am not updated about the progress

I was assisted over the phone once,which helped. The second time I sent an e-mail, no follow up. The third time also I was promised someone will call me back which never happened. I now have a serious issue which I need resolved urgently, I am wondering if someone will help me.no.1373251

Worst customer service ever. They take too long to assist their clients, wouldnt recommend it to anyone.I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes to get assisted then after waiting that long they dismissed me telling me they could not assist me and that I must come back the next day, complete waste of time!

It was the worst treatment and a lack of customer care that I had i years. I tried 6 times in one day. not once was the phone answered. eventually when it got answered I was informed that I cannot be helped seeing that my call could not be transferred to an agent. I got called back by an agent with the name of Khuliso Murathi that treated me like a child and humiliated me. No I want to cancel my membership that I payed for years and never used. I havent experience such bad service in a long time. what a waste of money!

My dad is been a member for more than 15 years but they are unable to solve his case and they are busy taking his money
