I was very surprised by the good value and service received from Mark during the quote and installation. It is very rare to receive this quick responses and professional level of service. Marks price was very competitive. I paid less for the full job then I would have paid just for the material from builders and then would have had to do the job myself. The speed at which it was done was amazing, approximately 90 minutes from arrival till departure and my whole house was done. The quality of the material is very high and carry a 20 year warranty. Mark added a geyser and hot water pipe insulation for free. Being winter I felt the change immediately the next morning and every morning since then. My house would normally be the same temperature in the house as outside, at this time on average 4 degrees. After the installation the house inside was warmer than outside. Where I normally put on warm clothing and started the gas geyser at my study desk, I now only put on warm clothing. I have not lighted the gas geyser at all since the insulation. I cant wait for summer to feel the difference when it is hot. I fully expect to run the air conditioning a lot less and save on electricity. Mark replied to my query regarding a quote for Roof insulation very quickly.(It was on a Saturday)He Also gave me a quote over the phone.I asked Mark when the soonest was that he could assist and he sorted me out the same evening.He arrived on time (19:30 in the evening and finished 23:30) and worked until late at night to finish the job.Where do you get commitment like this in todays economy.I would wholeheartedly recommend Mark any day.(His prices was very good as well)

I emailed a few people on 18 Jan 2018 for quotes on roof and geyser insulation. All replied including Mark. From all quotes, Marks email was human, direct, short, he gave great advice and was pleasant throughout. As a result, I went with him. He arrived on Sat at 10am and was out by 11:30am. Mark installed my roof insulation about six weeks ago. The job was done speedily and professionally within a few hours. Now that we’ve been having a heat wave, I realise what a difference the insulation makes. It’s quite a shock to go outside - the hot air hits you like a wall. But indoors it’s pleasantly cool. This was money well spent.
