I dealt with Ilse at this dealership and she bent over backwards to assist me... She answered all my questions, pushed for a great trade-in for my vehicle as well as a great interest rate. I would recommend Ilse anytime as she is very customer orientated and she has GREAT product knowledge. Most salespeople doesnt have product knowledge, but you can ask Ilse anything and she would be able to answer.

I took my car for service 14th October 2021, it was not washed after that and they no longer drop you off, you have to make a plan to get to point B.

Mr Raymond made my day when he explained how the rev on the i20 works... big shout out to him.

Staff is very starchy . And have somewhat an attitude. They service manager forced me to take pictures of the kilometers on the dash board even when I insisted I have noted them. But when I set down for the actual sign off the lady was happy to have me say out the kilometers on the odometer instead of the picture. No transport for customers after dropping off the car. I got no notification of this prior to. They are generally not friendly. So I will take business somewhere else.

Friendly staff. Fixed all issues on pre used vehicle.No backup plans for loadshedding. Somewhat unprepared with paperwork and then overexplained reasons.

Service is bad. They dont offer Transportation even Car Wash after your jas went for service

Took my car for service, they dont collect and deliver customers anymore or wash the cars. I took my other car to Toyota two weeks ago and they still do all these things expected from a car service.

O really do understand that COVID19 has changed way businesses do things and to save costs changes had to be made. However, could they just inform on booking so we could make alternative traveling arrangements?Lastly I bought my car at Hyundai Wonderboom with Alex and over a year later ( with follow) still cant them to get the etag of their Hyundai company one so I can put it on my name. Would love to have this finalized.

Im definitely not bringing my car back here for service if I have to wait for two hours for transport to travel to work. The least they can do is let us know what their process is in terms of transport, prepare us so we knw its possible to wait the whole day for transport if thats the caseor tell us if we need to make our own arrangements. The lady at reception said she cant even predict approximately what time the transport will arrive. Its my first time here for service and I feel so let down.

I wont recommend

It was ok. A place is very professional with a new face lift and rearrangement. There is even improvement with the way the manage the lines. We used to stand in a long queue but at least there are more consultants. The only disturbing thing is that they drop you off at your chosen destination after you check in the car for service but they dont pick you up in the afternoon. You struggle to get a lift back in the afternoon to pick up your car. Thats a complete turn off.

My cellphone charger got stolen out of my cars gloveboc while it got serviced. Rude consultant told me I took it out of the car. All I took out was my purse, I didnt even had a handbag with me. I shall rather take my car somewhere else in the future!!! I have been a loyal Hyundai customer for more then 7 years. What an awful experience. ZERO recommendations!!

I think the technicians at these outlet are stealing car parts for cars that have went for services. My car hasnt driven 60000km but it had an issue of clutch pedal that was leaking oul exactly after service. While it didnt happen before that specific service. Then i took it for service sometime. I drove it away then i later on found that the km notifire was not reseted. I had to take it back

I was made to pay for cash for my car service while the service plan was still active. The lady insisted that my service plan was terminated. I just paid because I wanted my car out. When I discovered that she was lying, she changed the story and claimed that I did not pay anything but the service plan paid.

I hate the idea of booking in the car for the following 2 days in advance for any minor thing, that includes changing the battery. The style of service needs to be flexible. The staff is helpful but the process is annoying.
