I have been frequently purchasing my supplies from this place, referred some of my fellow growers here as well. What I was met with this afternoon was nothing short of appalling and outright disrespectful.As I and another gentleman were entering the shop, one guy came in to assist us. To my surprise, the gentleman walking in with me was not a client but more of a friend to the shopkeeper. I was made to wait while they chatted about this other guys products and methods he uses to grow, without being given the courtesy of being acknowledged and asked to wait. Now here I am waiting there while my presence is in total oblivion as far as they were concerned, until I left after a long while of being subjected to this pathetic conduct.I really was not expecting such customer service from this particular establishment. Its this kind of behaviour and lack of basic etiquette that costs business sales.I know this will not happen again...dare I mention my skin colour???
