Joined a 12 month Leanership Program that was Facilitated with BPC HR Solutions and from day one there has been nothing but problems, not only did they waste the time and money of the Company paying for the Program, but the communication between BPC, Company and Leaners was an absolute joke as there was a constant lack of communication and also a lack of presentation and patience when dealing with learners from time to time and overall when providing the company with some constructive criticism the person being given the criticism rudely responds and tried to insult. Unfortunately there is one person that gives the company a bad name and because of that person would never deal with this company again. It has been 7 months since concluding with the Leanership and there is no outcome to the qualification.Poor service!!!!
