Absolutely horrible if you live in the Oval, HOA does not care if residents are without water for three+ days. Would not recommend at all.

This place is beautiful. They just need to find a better system for administering visitors. In more than 2 occasions I waited in the queue for almost 20mins.

Beside being a private property, the architecture, landscape and view is worth a tour or a purchase.
The place is beautiful inside but on the contractors entrance yooooooo..its a nightmare. Please try to have a gate for deliveries trucks and another for small contractors vehicles
We waited almost an half hour to enter the main gate for visitors.😡
