Beautiful, expensive, secured and prime estate . Very convinient choice

Security guard on duty at 14:00 on 12 March 2021, is extremely rude, aggressive and racist. Not the first time people complain about him. He obviously has a chip on his shoulder and shouldnt be dealing with people at all. He must be moved to the deepest, darkest control room

The security at the entrance is well executed and friendly, the estate itself is one of the cleanest i have ever seen and the houses (inside and out) is absolutely stunning! I get that, Im on vacation right next to the ocean feeling when in there. Absolutely stunning!

I was security here a while back and my colleagues still work there. So security wil have you covered. They offer stands to build, or already built units and they have flats and an actual dam on the premises which offers a great view but cold as Alaska in the winter,from a security point of view

Awesomeness

Leisure Bay Estate situated with close connection to the N1 highway in the economic hub of Gauteng. Its got a good look and has a dam on site. Overall i would recomend this place. The estates management staff, on site, were all helpful and friendly

Beautiful setup. Exclusive accommodation

Has a holiday feel to the estate. People do a lot of water activities on the dam over the weekends for example. Fishing ect.
