Please dont get caught up with LPA. There service is pathetic. Pay large amounts of money and they are not willing to assist in difficult times. They charge additional fees when payment cannot be done on time, irrespective of your reasons.

I have never experienced worse customer service than with LPA!!!My parents have been loyal members for over 10 years. They decided to book a week away for myself and my fiance which we had to pay in an additional R994 to make the booking. Which is already strange seeing as they pay a monthly fee.Anyway, we paid the amount a day after speaking to the consultant and was then told that the amount was paid too late and that there were no units left available. We have now waited just over 3 WEEKS for the refund of the R994.We have called and emailed them at least 10 times asking where our refund is, each time to be answered with a different excuse followed by them hanging up on us.This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will NEVER do business with LPA again!

Absolutely a scam !! They make huge promises when they want your money but Absolutely no customer service when it counts.Promises of payouts when selling your points and two months later were even struggling to get our deposit back, theres no proper feedback from the companies employees and everyone you speak to has a different story ..... theres no line of communication and everyone has a different story!Nothing that this company offers has come to light and as a result Im R 7743.00 in the hole with nothing to show for it !Dont waste your money !! Youll only get lies and empty promises with nothing to show for it !

Stay far away from them. Do not believe a word that they say. It is more of scam selling you holiday points that you basically cannot use. They only have second rate holiday destinations that is in the weirdest places. The booking website consumes hours trying to find any availability, anywhere.There is always more money to be paid. Rental, levies, transfer fees, whatever name they can come up with.Paying nearly R20 000 a year for a holiday weekend is absurd. We have spend more than a R100 000 for the last ten years and only got a couple of holidays. It is not worth it.

You really need to improve service from both website and service desk. 1) Be clear with customers regarding T&C of booking. 2) Respond to emails timely not after three days.3) follow-up with your customers when you have an open booking dont assume.

Had a very good experience with Nicholas L. helping me book over the phone. He was very efficient and friendly. I had quite a few issues to deal with, and Nicholas was amazing...thank you for all your help and prompt phone call.It was a pleasure dealing with you.I hope the next time I need any bookings from LPA, I will get Nicholas to help me.

If bad service was a person, LPA would be that person. I wish I could give them less than one star, as they dont even deserve it. I just cant deal with their atrocious service. Whenever I submit an email enquiry, I have to wait weeks for a response, if any at all. Mind you, I have to 1st send follow up upon follow up upon follow up email requests before someone eventually decides to do their job and attend to a query..... Disgusting service, really!!!And no, dont leave me your number, as I will not spend my airtime to call you! Why can you not just do your jobs, and respond to emails within a timely manner, as befits a service provider?

Have to give them 1 stars but they deserve none... I were on the points system. Lost it all as it apparently was stopped and was basically forced to buy a week, where I had a choice of 3 or more weeks a year. The most pathetic service I ever experienced. Was made promises by Francois and others, and still waiting for it to happen.

I booked a holiday during the school holiday but with the Covid Lockdown the holiday period was changed. LPA was willing to refund my tokens but they were not prepared to change the booking to accommodate the new holiday period and also were not prepared to refund the booking fee. Very disappointing because with kids in school Im forced to take holiday during the school holiday. The lockdown forced everyone to change how they do things but LPA is just not prepared to change. :(

They billed me R615 extra because I paid 4 days late. Thereafter, threatened me that if I do not pay the R615 I will loose my week. A debt collector called me when I was on holiday and I told him I will pay it as soon as I return. If they billed me a R20 fee for the call that would have been acceptable. Over and above this, they do not do any resales. They said I can try to sell it privately. With their poor ratings I do not think anybody will purchase my week. I have been lied to from the beginning of this sale and is now stuck with this, unless I am willing to lose R188,000.

I am not satisfied with LPA and will NEVER recommend them or QVC to anyone else. Be careful and think very hard before you actually sign anything with LPA or QVC.We have paid over and over for our holiday points since 2005.We are pensioners... We paid for some insurance policy for many years but it is not valid in this time to rely on that policy since we currently have no income. My husband is in the tourism trade and as you know, everything is closed for business.STAY AWAY FROM QVC AND LPA. They are only interested in sales and nothing else.Trevor & Laura Dyssel

AS a pensioner, on signing the new contract I specifically stated that I would happly give the whole thing to anyone. But the only option I was given was 5 years as a pensioner. I was promisd that the contract was for 5 years, the pragraph that was highlighted for me stated 5 years and a termination date as a memeber was writen as 31 October 2019.Lie, I trusted the LPA represntative, and did not read all the pages. Now I am stuck with a further 10 years that I can not afford.I would never recommend LPA to anyone ever, after my experiences.

I was recently contacted by a telemarketer from a number listed as Monateng Safari Lodge. An offer was made to visit the LPA office in Menlyn Woods office Park for the collection of an apparent free voucher for my family and myself to be sent on a getaway for the purposes of reviewing the chosen getaway location in order for LPA to improve their services.On arrival at LPA my partner and I were told by the receptionist that the initial booked appointment time given to me by the call center agent was impossible. We were then asked to furthermore provide personal information on a form branded Coelum Fortis. Upon asking why the form was required (having already provided the same information to the call center for what was said to be for the purposes of making the booking and preparation of the voucher) we were promptly informed by what appeared to be the branch manager of the privilege of having been invited for the voucher interview/collection.The overall experience with the branch was not very pleasant. I would not recommend in the least the specific Menlyn Woods Branch, and as a result my judgement of Leisure Portfolio Association (LPA) is also not very positive.

I paid LEASE in advance for 1 year but then the 1st month LEASE is recovered by debit order. The problem now is to get it back. Already sent and called many emails. SERVICE PATHETICLY Poor.The reimbursement was made after great hardship. BUT the next month November 1, it was then deducted again. Now the problem begins in advance. Cant people fix the problem that shouldnt really be a problem.
