We have been dealing with this business for the last year and a half. I have never come across such incompetency! I had at times phoned the airline myself and unfortunately because the original tickets were booked by this company, they couldnt do the amendments for me, which was pretty straight forward as the airline personnel told me. They made step by step notes on the ticket to explain to Flight Centre how to change the tickets. In the end we just gave up and bought tickets ourselves online. Problem is that we still have money tied up in tickets that we bought pre-covid, and have to get that money back. Will NEVER use this centre at The Grove again, especially not their assistant-manager whos name starts with a T
