My mother received excellent service and care from Yvonne when doing the hearing tests and supplying the hearing apparatus. This made us so excited and positive towards the whole process. The end results is fantastic, my mother can hear the TV at a normal volume and participate in conversation with confidence because she can now hear what people are saying. Our only regret is that we had not done this years ago!

I took my father to get hearing aids. The friendliness and professional way that we were treated was refreshing. The audiologist found that my father had an infection in his left ear and referred us to an ENT Specialist. She took the hearing test for both ears and did the mold for the left ear in the meantime. We went back and she tested him again to see if there was any improvement. He received both his hearing aids and for the first time in years we can communicate properly. The audiologist even messaged me to find out how he was doing. I can really recommend this hearing clinic. They really do care.

Not a lot of people understand the challenges of having a severe hearing disability. With my previous hearing aids, I found the myriad of background noise-generating technology (especially in high tech environments) interfere with my hearing, to the extent that I regularly misunderstood conversations and felt tired and stressed struggling to hear all the time. My hearing disability undoubtedly impacted my ability to work effectively. Additionally, I often felt myself withdrawing from social and workgroup situations despite having an extroverted personality. I have also been dismissed as being dumb for not responding timeously. Just want to share my experience with Marelie Gous clinic.i ha ve a a hearing problem but could not afford the fool payment. I got hold of Yvonne and explain my situation.she daidci myst come in and she will make sure to work out a plan to help me.She did use my reports which i done previously.That also i saved money .we decided that i will get the Signia 3x .the balance which i can pay in three months.i paid the first month and was going to pay the second installment and she phoned to tell me that there is a new hearing aid in and which isbideak for me and cheaper.The service she gave is excellent and also Brian service is excellent. Definitely someone to go see if h have a hearing problem.

Yvonne van Niekerk looked after me. Very professional, patient, knowledgeable, friendly. What a pleasure to deal with her. My main motivator was Tinnitus followed by loss of hearing in a specific range. Since I started wearing my Signias and against expectation, the passive treatment received by the Signias, reduced the severity of the Tinnitus, even when they are removed. Im still struggling to insert one of them sometimes. Fortunately I have patience and Im planning to MacGyver a gadget to do the job without harming them. Marelie Gous, my Audiologist invited me to join a group to test the new Baby of Phonak, the Belong which operates with the Roger Select streamer. What an amazing experience. Apart from Marelies professional conduct and her endless patience to get everything just right, the Belong is fantastic. With the frustration off hearing loss, the wearing of hearing aids and to cope with situations like being in a restaurant or a group of friends, the Belong with the Roger select streamer will minimize this to a great extent. It is good to know that under the professional and expert guidance of Marelie Gous there are alternatives available to improve your quality of life considerably.

I lost the hearing in my left ear, which was very traumatic. I approached Marelie Gous Audiologists, who, on a Friday afternoon, started arranging what was required to have it restored in record time, within ten days. Although the intervention of a medical specialist was required, they navigated the entire process! I was só impressed and grateful and felt só safe in their hands! Their customer centric approach was true professionalism in action!

Goeie dag, wat n wonderlike ervaring. In 2019 het ek by n pasient begin werk in Pretoria, wat n ondervinding. Die pasient kon nie mooi hoor nie en dit het n skree praat partytjie begin raak. Toe het die pasient se vriendin ons na Marilie Gouws geneem. Ek kan die Here nie genoeg dank nie. Daar het n nuwe wereld vir my en die pasient oopgegaan.En wat nog wonderlik daarby is, ons het van die gehoor aparaatjie gehoor wat ons by die TV kan sit en my pasient kan ook nou saam TV kyk. Ek as Versorger wat al 14 jaar met Bejaardes werk wil net dankie se want ons wereld het verbeter waar dit by gehoor aangaan.Ek dank die Gehoor Kliniek en veral vir Marilie Gouws daarvoor. Ek was n tyd gelede by julle vir n toets en het ook van my vriende aanbeveel. Almal was beïndruk met julle mooi plek en vriendelike diens. Mý gehoor was gelukkig nog goed genoeg, maar ek sal nie skroom om weer vir julle te kom kuier wanneer dit nodig word nie. Die gehoorapparate wat my vriende wel ontvang het, was nie net die bestes vir hulle teen n bekostigbare prys nie, maar julle opvolgdiens is uitstekend. Baie dankie!
