The Banting Meals is so delicious!! I have lost 6.5kg and my husband 7kg after only one week.It is so convenient and easy -just put it in microwave for 4-5 minutes and no standing in front of stove for hours.Customer Service is EXCELLENT!I will highly recommend this meals to anyone that wants to lose weight.

A variety of meals, all very delicious! Quality and nutritional food. Meals are frozen but taste like it was made fresh out of kitchen when unfrozen. Perfect for people with busy schedules who don’t have time to prepare meals. The healthy treats are also very nice. They deliver nationwide, without any problems.

I have ordered from them multiple times now. Healthy, lean meals.Always professional. Everyone prefers their food differently (I dont like onions). You can simply ask them and they will add/remove where possible.I find this to be large enough portions. My friends regularly have some too and love the meals.Different packages available which is quite cool, I love the month pack as it works out well and keeps me on a great diet.Its tasty, Its quick, Its healthy - Its convenient.

Excellent service, they are very willing to accomadate changes to your package and never had a problem with delivery.Ive split my meals into 3 different carbs and switched out some of the protein with no hassle.Some of the items like steak were not cooked to my preference the first time and was also sorted by my next delivery.The food is also what you would expect from what you order and no less.

HiThe service from ordering to delivery was great. Unfortunately I found all the meals inedible, it was extremely salty and did not have much flavour. All meals veg and meat tasted alike. Meals were not at all to my taste. I unfortunately discarded numerous meals.

Brilliant concept. But ordered from the last year. Most of the food had absolutely no flavour. My meals with the steak was always undercooked with the biggest pieces of fat attached to it. Chicken on the otherhand was overdone. Also no nutritional value anywhere on the packaging.Also, please remove my number from you SMS list. Ive been meaning to give plated a try for a while and decided to order 21 banting friendly meals from them since I usually follow a low carb diet during the week. The meals were promptly delivered within two days and were well packaged and labelled. The banting friendly package is a bit more expensive but you would expect this since they need to fill the volume of the meal with meat and veggies instead of carbs. If you include the cost of delivery, the meals roughly work out to around R71 each.The food was honestly okay. The portion sizes for me were a bit smaller than what I am used to. Usually on low carb you tend to eat a bit more veggies/meat to compensate for the lack of carbs. I found that with most meals I had to make extra veg on the side. Other times I would end up snacking afterwards. I know that the portion sizes are meant to be controlled but if youre avoiding carbs, a little more protein/fibre is okay. The convenience of having ready made food was great though and definitely worth it if you have a busy schedule. Taste wise, well some meals I found enjoyable and others just lacked flavour. Maybe it was just not to my taste. Overall though, definitely give them a try if youre looking for healthy, on the go meals.

They are not the best. The food has no flavour, or not enough spices at least. There is nowhere where they specify its nutritional value so you dont know what youre putting in. Delivery takes long as well so rather take your order all at once instead of weekly. Overall, there are definately better competitors.
