CSN does everything it promises! I felt great while on the eating plan and was inspired by the daily progress I made. I love that the tablets contain only healthy, natural ingredients. Karien was extremely supportive throughout the whole process as well! I will do my best to keep the 8kg and many centimeters off after my 30 day program. I have learned that food is not a means to an end, but something to be enjoyed in a balanced way, not something to be feared with that comes responsibility to look after myself in living a healthy, active life.
