I did my Discovery Vitality health and fitness assessment here. A totally amazing experience. The fitness consultant was amazing. The instructions were clear. He took time to explain every process. The advice he gave to improve myself were extremely helpful.
On the 27th of Feb 2020 At about 12:05 i walked in to the store to collect my running license, as I walked in on the front desk there was a gentleman and a lady both were sitting and the gentleman walked up to me to assist and told me to take a seat I will get help.After few minutes the lady who was sitting on the front desk stood up to assist,after logging in she asked if I I’m a vitality member and I told her yes she said I was not and walked away from me towards the front desk without saying anything I thought she was still continuing helping me but she proceeded to assist two more customers and left me hanging and confused,I approached her while she was assist the second customers she told me to sit dawn they came before me which was not true.its disappointing that at this day and age some customers are more important than others by the way I’m a vitality customer and a member,LI Kgomo
Would be nice if heads up given that medical claims queries can only be handled on weekdays in normal business hours. No use to me....still need to use the inefficient call centre. Wanted to order new membership cards. Sorry you have to contact call centre on weekdays. Previously we could get new cards at the Centurion centre, printed there and then. This is a Discovery gadget store, not focused on Medical aid but more on Vitality initiatives😭 .
Rude security officer eventually opened the locked door slightly without a greeting or can I help you? Without explaining closed the door in my wifes face. Her appointment followed mine and she was not allowed in. It was handled like extreme Level 5 lockdown rules. The consultant was however friendly.
The friendly staff was knowlageable, helpful and organized they made sure we were helped and at ease. Explaining everything in detail and with care. I would like to congratulate Discovery as this experience was levels beyond the previous experience. Thank you keep up the good work.
You call and get an answering machine that gives you a million option to chose from and you cant speak to a representative, bad customer service, I dont have the time to sit for an hour over the phone to ask a simple question
Was there yesterday, asked for assistance with my medical aid at discovery and the assistance was an email with a link to Discoverys website, thanks for the wonderful help guys 👎👎👎
I walked in and askwd if I can do my blood pressure if Im with Discovery. They said only with vitality but didnt tell me what they can do for me. Bad customer service.
Great service and open till late, ask what you need and you will get the correct information.
