WORST customer service ever from Sello who answers the phone !!!! when you’d like to place a order for delivery has no telephone Etiquette she is rude and does not give you a chance to finish speaking asking for change amount before evening confirming the price of the product !!! this is not the first time i left it the first time but you guys should seriously train your personal !!!! when i phone back to cancel the order i had to call 4 times as the phone was being dropped in my ear as another personnel member answers the phone i inform her about the service just to get a response as okay that’s fine not a how can we assist of you will speak to her !! just rude !!!!! I hope your management sees this review !!! your customers should come first we deserve to be treated with respect!!! I won’t be supporting this local pharmacy any longer don’t waste your time they don’t care about their clients!!! train your staff please !!!

I used to love this pharmacy, but I got the worst service today from the Cashier Naniki Mampye. I asked if she can give me notes for change instead of coins, but she was very rude and she also confirmed and that she is just like that

Worst service ever. Waited 30min to be helped while people just walk around and disappear in the back and you are left waiting. Then when finally helped they get my prescription wrong!! Rather go somewhere else!!!

This place has really gone downhill in the last couple of years. You phone them for a delivery and sometimes the delivery never even comes. Or you phone to get something emailed to another pharmacy and they end up not even doing it. Dont they realize that some people really depend on the meds and if they dont get them, they could die?? Rather employ people who can actually do the work than to employ people who just simply slack off as they feel free.And on a different note, when you work at Kramers most other businesses you have to be bilingual. Because all your customers/clients are not going to be just afrikaans-speaking folk. I find it extremely offensive and wrong that ppl who get paid expect their customers to speak a language their customers are not comfortable with. YOU as a staff member get paid, make a little bit of an effort for the PEOPLE WHO PAY YOUR SALARY!

Didnt get the service referred here for, they didnt have the nurse who cleans wax from the ear.

Selling expired medication in their bargain bin! And not expired yesterday, expired 6 months ago! Surely not acceptable/allowed for a Pharmacy! And then the bargain price was marked-down R160 to R150 - for expired medication?! No! No! No!Mr Mike - I have seen it with my own eyes and reported AND SHOWN it to one of the self-medication counter staff. Ill be sure to take a picture next time and add it to my review, thank you.

The pharmacist always gives good service and advice. The two ladies at the till are very unprofessional and treated me with no respect and gave a very bad attitude. Not the first time this happened or that I witnessed this, but surely the last time.

People are friendly. Pharmacist will always give you advice on what ever problem you might have from it being a rash or some funny pain in your elbow. People working the makes you feel like family. Only reason I dont give it 5 stars is because they are a bit pricey.

Elsie Venter helped me a while back, its the friendliest aunt grateful for such friendly people, Will not buy summer at other pharmacies, the people make one feel welcome its not like at other pharmacies. Love the place !!
