Slow waiting for assists and pharmacist think the are above the crop.They said they will not give my medicine early so n called another clicks done in 5 min. Will never use them again. also they make mistake dispensing and then they make it 2 or 3 out of 5 nononon that was a error on you site and is still 1 collect no two because you made a mistake thats like stealing

Fantastic service.Called the pharmacy as I was in need of a tetanus shot. Though they didnt have one in stock themselves, they went above and beyond to find a pharmacy that had one in stock.

I think it would be better to close this Clicks down entirely. If this is not possible, at least close down the pharmacy section. Average waiting period displayed on the monitor, changed from 80 min to 94 min, without any tickets being closed. I received my ticket and was number 5 in the prescription queue. After 25 minutes I left and I was still 5th.

This Clicks branch seriously need to close. For the last 10 years, once a year I hand in a prescription and it disappears really it is getting worse and worse. And they really dont care if it is inconvenient for the patients. The service are bad.

On Tue I saw something online wanted to buy it but unfortunately the branch didnt have it but the some guy helped to check where can I get it and I was wasnt planning of going to that side of town but the manager managed to get it for me and wed morning I got my noodle maker and all I can say that happiness for me.Thanks for the wonderful service from the manager and her staff 👏👏🎊🎊

Do not go there for the pharmacy!! They have a system of taking a number and waiting till they call you. Waited for half an hour without any movement so I left. This was not the first time.

Terrible! Row at pharmacy is terrible. Always. Today especially. Will not support this clicks soon again. Over time the service has just gotten worse and worse. The pharmacy in the centre is much better.

Wish it could be a zero star rating service is pathetic and slow. Lunch seems to be more important than clients

Dis-passionate staff at the tills. The store could be better stocked as shelves for many items were empty, although this may be a temporary issue due to the ongoing lockdown. Location of the store is convenient.

Seven tills, two pharmacists. Over the counter facility almost permanently closed and people have to queue (long queues - not catering for such a busy Centre) together with those handing in prescriptions. Utterly time consuming. The excuse is that Clicks Head Office only budgets for two or three staff although there is space for seven or eight. I suggest that Clicks concentrate less on extensive television and other advertising and more on rendering service. Avoid this pharmacy.

To give an update, I can say that the Clicks Pharmacy at Waverley Plaza has improved quite significantly. Quite impressed with some newly added staff members who seem to be on top of their game. Still disappointed with a few pharmacists Ive dealt with before, but adding some new faces seem to have brought some welcome changes. Queues are at times still very long, but seem to be moving along a little faster in recent times. A definite improvement.

The entire clicks is actually quite large with everything you would expect as well as a well stocked baby and child area they also boast a well stocked appliances section. Easy to navigate and staff are mostly friendly and easy to deal with

The slowest service known to mankind... I would give zero stars if I could.

I took my baby boy to get his 6 week shots and I was seriously impressed. Nurse Martie was amazing and explained everything to me. She answered all my questions and didnt treat me like a paranoid new mom. She gave great advice and was so help. She was also very loving to my baby boy after he got his shots and I can see that she cares about the babies that she takes care of. Thanks Clicks for having such an amazing person taking care of our babies.

Extremely poor service :( I was waiting for an hour with only two people infront of me at the self-help kiosk to get a slip for a vaccination. Pathetic!!!

The nurse there today is not so kin on helping patients.

Really dissatisfied with them, they dont seem to answer the phone and when you need your prescription medication and they dont have stock then they will tell you they have problems to get it in SA while all other pharmacies do have stock. They just spiral down the drain.

All staff seem to be pre-occupied with their own private life. I eventually found what I was looking for.

Pharmacist was really rude and did not explain how I should take the prescribed malaria medication. Even when I asked about it the explanation was short and incomplete (I realised later). This is not only unacceptable professionally but places patients at risk if they do not take their medication correctly. I asked for some additional over the counter medication and the pharmacist appeared irritated by my request. Never going back there again. Staff at till was very friendly though.

Terrible. Did not have all the medication, long ques only one pharmacist assisting, and when I phoned they did not answer the phone, the next day when I tried again I was left waiting with no answer. Fine for everything else just dont use the dispensary .

Please check this phone number. Ive tried calling this store multiple times with no success. This is honestly one of the most basic things that need to be in place.

My girlfriend was seeking help with makeup and the cosmetic staff was not very helpful and not friendly. Some attention needs to be paid to this and staff need to undergo better training when it comes to friendliness.

The overall service isnt horrible. But the dispensary is really slow.

I honestly wished there was a zero star rating to give the people that answer the phones! Getting transferred from one side of the shop to the other and someone more incompetent than the last. Wake up it is 2016!

Long quees...slow.....OTC medication must quee with scripts.....scripts ordered in advance must quee and wait long.... in pharmacy...

The waiting to fill a prescription is more than 50 min. Only 1 or 2 pharmacist or assistants available! Very very slow and poor service!

Pharmacy also stocking various other appliance brands. Priced average, but special offers are still sometimes bargains.
