Disinterested staff. Went there twice for a Pfizer shot. First I was informed that they dont do Pfizer and then later they admitted that do in fact do Pfizer but had a problem. I asked for a solution, e.g. another Clicks branch who didnt have a problem but I was answered with a dont know. Not a good advertisement for the Clicks group!

Good day ,I would like to put in a compliant again Parmacy Manager on duty Menlyn Retail parkEbenezer Minlah , we had a booking for the covid vaccine today at 16:20 as booked and confirmed on your booking system. There were people sitting outside waiting to be vaccinated since this afternoon 13:00 and the line was cut off for need people to jion the line...I tried speaking to the pharmacist to find out what the reason is for the que outside and why the bookings was not held by ... he completely ignored me and walked past me without even noticing me after greeting him and saying loudly excuse me ... This is very unprofessional .

I would not recommend this vaccination station. My mother in law who had an appointment had to wait while walkins where helped before her.The staff where rude, and did not have a waiting area for people post vaccination for the mandatory 15 minute observation period.

Visit store as designated covid vaccination point. Store is not wheel chair friendly. A mission to enter with sharp turns. Space between shelves are narrow making passing of another customer extremely difficult.There is no notice of any kind as to the process. Wait a long while in que stating covid waiting line with no movement (some in que informed that there was nobody - out for lunchbreak). Was also informed by another client after a while that Im in the wrong que - I first have to process registration via dispensary counter. No Clicks and/or Clinic and/or Dept Health workers to address process and inform clients. Left after a long wait without getting vaccinated. There should be a rating of NO STAR

It took this pharmacy more than two hours to vaccinate 12 people today. We had to wait outside on the stoep where it was really cold and windy. NOTE: the people waiting had all recieved COVID-related smss and were all over 60 years old. There were only two pharmacists on duty to serve all COVID customers PLUS the usual clients. Furthermore, being a COVID vaccination point, one would assume that the store would have a generator to enable them to provide service in case of load shedding. Overall, an unpleasant experience.

A big shout out to the team running the vaccinations, excellent service, the poor nurse is ran off her feet and still had time for a joke and a smile, well done to you and your team!

Check your till slip! A random item of R154 was at the top of my till slip, before anything else was scanned. I always check that the 3 for 2 specials come off and then I noticed it. No explanation was given as to how it got there but I was eventually credited.

Very rude, phoned 5 times and they just hangs up phone no answer. 🥴

After the departure of Pharmacists Koos Steyn and his excellent product knowledge and service the place will never be the same. I closed my account and moved to a more personalized pharmacy. Employ Afrikaans speaking pharmacists in line with your customer base

Received the best service yesterday from Sister Cynthia she is a wonderful nurse, very cheerful and she enjoys her job. It was great being her patient

Very knowledgeable pharmacists, Koos. He is always ready to help and I hope the younger staff learn from him to carry on this tradition.

The manager only watched while the que grew longer. His staff had to call him to come and help. He was extremely rude and had a terrible attitude. I will NEVER go back there.
