Absolutely terrible speed of service. I am always waiting for extended periods of time at the pharmacy. I was just there and there were 2 people helping the customers with a major backlog of people requiring help.This is not the first time as I said and I am sick and tired. I will not be coming there anymore.

I am hugely disappointed with Clicks Cornwall. I havent received an sms for collection of my chronic tabs again this month ... I tried calling today ... I must have tried to phone 20x plus this afternoon .. 3x calls were answered 2x were put down when I asked for the pharmacist ... 1x was picked up and put down immediately at 3 mins to 6pm ...wthe ser

Fathima is the best pharmacist ever.She has assited me on more than one occasion, and I have observed how she interact with others.Her patience and respect towards customers are impeccable. She always goes out of her way to assist customers and her fellow colleagues.I am a manager in a customer service environment and know when I see someone who is truly passionate about what they do.This lady deserves a raise and a promotion.

They opened their online bookings for Vaccines,got a confirmation and a reminder for my appointment.They told me the nurses/health workers didnt resume for work today and I am not the only one who came for nothing.Why did they keep their calendar open when they know they are not working today?This is disappointing.

Worst experience of any clicks Ive been to. Ive come here multiple times now and every time you wait over an hour to be served at the pharmacy. There are only ever 2 counters open and they take forever to give you your medication.

Worst Clicks ever, there is always a problem, either off line or the pharmacist who needs to open on a Saturday morning is 30 min late. They just have no care for their customers! Really not a convenient Clicks at all. It you have lots of time to waist go there!

Waited over 30min to pick up a pre packed prescription. Terrible slow service. Wouldnt recommend this pharmacy at all.

Only pick up your for prescriptions if you are willing to sacrifice 30-60 minutes of your life. System prioritisation doesnt work effectively. Happens every time. Learnt my lesson. Hope I could save you a lot of time and frustration.

Poor service, and no communication when waiting for store to see open after loadsheading. Waiting for 30 minutes after power is back on.

There are 2 people serving at the pharmacy. Ons has gone to lunch and there are 7 people waiting for more than 20mins already. If you are feeling unwell the staff will rather let you pass out than help at the pharmacy.

Extremely slow just to get a pack of pills, took me an hour! Rediculous and apparently the manager isnt around.

This is the upteath time my chronic medication and all the generecs are out of stock. How does it work? They have my 6 month script loaded on their system. The worst is now, trying to call and nobody answers the phone, 2nd day trying.....

The waiting time to get prescriptions and self medication is ridiculously long +30mins. Never enough cashiers so you end up waiting in a line to pay as well.

The pharmacists and dispensary are pathetic. No clue.If they dont lose your script theyll throw away your packaged medicine.

Understaffed at Pharmacy sevtion - be ready to wait at least an hour to get your medication.

Every time I Come here I hope to get a better service, but every time so disappointed :( Wish I could gave a better review!

Waited almost 50 minutes in the queue to get prescription medications. The pharmacist just disappeared into the back for 25 minutes. Poor customer service.When I got to the cashiers, the cashier proceeded to keep on drawing his picturing making me wait 2 minutes standing in front of him.

I had a script with another clicks pharmacy which is farther from my house. So I phoned this Clicks and asked them if they can see the same script on their system, if they have stock of the chronic medicine and if I can rather fetch it from them. After making me hold on for a long time and sending me from pillar to post the lady confirmed that they can help me, which is good. So I asked her again if she can confirm they actually have stock and can issue - which she did. Being on my way to work in Jhb I need my meds in order not to have a stroke or heart attack, so I explained to her that I Must have it when I arrive. She told me they cannot issue it beforehand because its too busy Ill have to stand in queue.So when I arrived, there was almost no queue, they were really not busy. But then suddenly they cannot get the script on the system and have to get the other branch to send it over to them. They tried phoning them once and gave up, sorry cant help me. As a result I ended up sick as a dog for a couple of days. In my opinion these guys have no sense of urgency or customer service.

Terrible service to the point that I just walked out after the incompetent pharmacist brought the wrong items three times in a row. So steer far clear of this pharmacy and the incompetent people there.

I have been calling this morning and no one seems to make an effort to answer the telephone calls... Seems as though this Clicks is also going the way all other (or most anyway) companies in South Africa are going - downhill!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very slow service at the pharmacy. Took me more than half an hour to get a simple repeat prescription late morning. Very frustrating.

On many occasions some items are out of stock !!

The queue at the dispensary is really slow moving. There never seems to be enough pharmacists to assist.

I was disappointed with the service at Clicks Cornwall view. I had to wait long in the que and when I reached the front no pharmacist was available to help me, only an assistant. The prices on the medication was not clear and I had to ask the assistant to assist and scan each item.

The staff are just plain rude. No greeting from cashiers. The pharmacy staff often dispense medication to patients without explaining dosages etc.

Clean and tidy. Sorry I had to stand for more than 10 minutes waiting for a prescription, and no apology was offered 😪
