I must say the staff working there is very helpful but the manager or owner who ever the lady at the desk in front is - is extremely rude.She cant even greet you , i have been there several times now and its always like that.I once asked her for help , but rather do not do that .Its a pity that you only rely on you staff to keep your business going .O but I forgot , your phone is more important.

They clearly all have a passion for the business and uphold the old ways of providing service even at their busiest times.Been a property consultant in residential rentals I have with out a doubt always referred my clients to Britelite Hardware for general items but mostly for the expert advice and hands on assistance they provide, I have never had any bad feedback from any of my clients over the years.Well done to all involved at Britelite.
