Yolandi does a great job with cutting my hair. She really aims to please and asks me exactly what I want, which means that Im happy to pay the R460 for the cut and blowdry.

Receptionist books my appointment for a Saturday at 12:30. I arrive early, the appointment is for the Sunday..... I leave and return the next day, early again and this dark-haired female hairdresser who I presume to be Yvette van der Merwe, all in a huff shouts from across the salon hes supposed to be here at 12 Im not helping him.....?She proceeds to come over in an aggressive argumentative manner accusing me of missing 4 appointments? I ask to speak to the owner who makes no attempt to professionally intervene. Reschedule? Speak to his staff member? And they basically invite me to leave. Theyre obviously a popular salon, fair enough, but now too important to treat every client with decency? Really disgusting client service.
