Rude incompetent staff. Made me wait for 15min while she was busy with a wig to ask me what i wanted done, then after waiting a while she tells me she doesnt have the colour of hair i wanted and should use one that doesnt even match my hair colour. She told me with a bad attitude that maybe i need to go get my own hair. SO RUDE. That lady made me feel like shes doing me a favour by doing my hair. I left.

I left really unhappy.....felt mistreated after being a loyal customer for so many years, I was even driving 160KM after I relocated that goes to show how loyal I was but that meant nothing I guess....... neither the less God bless
