Just joined. Loving it so far. Today was my second day and the studio classes are just awesome! Everyone is friendly and full of life. The staff is super efficient and always ready to assist... I could go on and on. Definitely made a good decision here.

Good clean gym. Well managed and upholds covid regulations. Only downside is that cleaners will often clean during busier times leaving wet unusuable floor and gyming spaces here and there.

What a great gym! The people at reception greet me on my name, the gym is always clean and there is a great variety of machines. I wouldve loved a swimming pool, but you cant have everything. I would recommend it to anyone.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!! A sales consultant offered me a free one month trial but he FRAUDULENTLY copied my signature on a contract to make it look like I signed up for a membership. I am absolutely outraged!! They still want me to pay an expensive cancellation fee and wont let the matter go even after seeing them, calling them and sending many emails. Do yourself a favor and go to a more ethical gym that actually cares about the needs of their clients.

After dealing with PF for 3 months to try and stop the debit orders (AFTER PAYING THE SETTLEMENT AMOUNT) PF still keeps deducting money every month. Useless. They are pretty excited to stand outside on the street and try to get you to join, but if you want to cancel a contract you need to employ someone full time to try and call the customer care number and be on hold for the majority of the morning.

Not a good planet gym. Always issues with broken equipment, showers have algea growing in drains, staff dont enforce rules like rerack you own weights, especially now with covid-19. Complaining doesnt help. Real dont care attitude

Awful customer care and communication.I really do not recommend a membership with Planet Fitness, I had an afwul experience with their basic customer care service and zero follow-through when you experience any kind of problem...Ive been trying to get in touch with them for weeks now, emails and all...During this time I had to call them to get any kind of response... I spoke to 3 different personell in their customer care unit, the last to whom I spoke to, promised that they would be in touch... which I might add - never happened!Planet Fitness Queenswood only decides to contact you and send notifications to you - when its beneficial to them... but unfortunately not when youre trying to solve a problem with them!Please spare yourself the headache and choose a different gym!

Supper friendly staff.... love the staffs tentative means to me and others but Cracks on outer concrete structure...visible through the windows at the cardio sections... lockers that are somewhat cleaned....showers need weekly scrub downs Thur ally and an over populated gym at busy times. Equipment is really good but also feel allot of people don’t look after the equipment.oh and weights are taken from other equipment and by the time you get to the equipment you have no weights to use beside the smaller weights.Parking is a mess too !

Worst experience I ever had.... Moved my contract from one club to another because of relocation. Sales lady sign my up for a whole new contract and lied to me. When trying to cancel my contract its was either another year or R1700 cancelation fee. Rachelle assisted me with empty promises and 6 calls later after admitting to me on the phone that the sales lady that sign me up got fired because of this things.After many calls Rachelle promised me my contract is canceled and no cancelation fee . Nevertheless end of the month R1700 off my account and no help from head Office. Spare yourself the trouble!!!

This spot has a pretty great variety of equipment, there shouldnt be workouts that you cant do with them. In addition, they have an onsite biokineticist, hot showers, lockers (bring your own lock), a variety of classes which are free to members, a steam room and really friendly staff. The premises itself is just unfortunately quite small compared to some other gyms, so it can become quite busy with waiting times to use the equipment you need.

Try get hold of them to cancel services, when you eventually do the person says no problem we have cancelled your service only for it to be debit as normal from your account. You try email them, zero response. Using the gym was fine but the customer service is not good enough.

Seems big at first then when you gym there you realise its small. Machines usually out of order, usually an issue with the steam room, electricity. Staff are okay. Packages really over priced for what you get. A perk is that there are restaurants around

Planet Fitness provides the full package for any fitness fanatic. It sports the most Modern equipment for different excercise routines in a beautiful designed Gym. It is kept spotlessly clean with excellent change room facilities. There is a beautiful lounge and quaint coffee bar with delightful healthy snacks. The friendly staff also make every visit a wonderful experience

I dont do many of these reviews, just here to support #contracttransparency and the fact that theyre just debiting monies from accounts. When people cancel stop stealing their monies, and stop lying to customers when they sign up. Give back the money

Make sure your contract is checked thoroughly. Dont believe the word of the eager (senior) sales person saying yes yes and yes to all your questions when in fact its not. Ive been struggling for about 2 years with constant double debits, going off as far as 10 days before the agreed date, dishonesty about contract length (Even though we were assured cancel any time - failed to mention R3000 cancellation fees for the any time cancellation). We explicitly told them we wanted to only gym a few months as well be moving thereafter. NOOO problem, cancel aaannnytime. We were eligible for discounts but its easier to pocket more money and stay quiet.Head office is even worse, its impossible to get through to them as you wait literally forever (Do they even have a call center I wonder?) so your best bet is to speak through social media. But this wont resolve it either. Also, once youve given authority to debit your account they have free access to debit any amount any date they choose - when you speak to Head office theyll confirm the date is the 5th but but on the 25th you can be sure the debit will attempt. Sometimes R400, other times R125, or even a random R246. Other months months theyll do all the above, because, heck why not. Also, once they choose their random date and failed to obtain the amount theyll slap a R20 collection fee to it - because extra money.This issue has been going on since 2019 before Covid, and its now continuing. Its a nightmare to get out of this trap, honestly think twice before supporting planet fitness. If it goes right its good I suppose, but the moment theres a speedbump be sure youll have no customer service and face the 7 hells of torture from their incompetence. Ive paid close to R1000 in bank fees due to them debiting at random dates, and if they choose the random 25th theyll wait 5 months before giving you any communication that a payment might not have gone through.Once this happened I settled all outstanding fees after big confusion, as their states dont eve reflect the correct amounts. I settled the amount, tried to move branches and was told again that in the month my account was on freeze I accumulated another R700 in gym fees. Its an absolute JOKE. To this day theyre still debiting my account.If you have any hesitation, STAY AWAY.#Contracttransparency #businesshonesty

This gym is very neat and has a good layout.The only thing I would recommend is to open at 4:00 instead of 5:00. This would then be in sync with the rest of the gyms in Pretoria.

A few words of advice just dont go there. The sales reps are so rude even talking about you behind you back to other reps. They never get anything done and steal you money by luring about your contract

I love this gym!! Its got 2 floors with exercise equipments. Theres a big studio where many classes are held(for free). Theres an indoor cycling studio. Lots of treadmills, bicycles, 2 stretching areas, water points, locker rooms and much more!! I recommend the arobix and cross training.

You will enjoy working out in this gym. its never too full, no queuing for the equipment. it is always super clean. the showers, lockers and bathroom stalls are kept tidy.the staff members are always willing to assist with a smile.

Then management doesnt take responsibility for sales staff who made the empty promises to begin with and Im told, after the contract is signed, sorry mam, he doesnt work here anymore.. But you have to pay. Then... Still waiting after two months to be contacted by the personal trainer for my first personal training session, after I reminded management Twice!

Nice gym....BUT Id SUGGEST making the gym hours on Google OFFICIAL or indicating the times on Planet Fitnesss official page, rather than let members being unsure if they can rely on the times suggested by a user which is exactly what happened to me. And the irrelevant and inappropriate comment made by the receptionist wasnt necessary at all. This happened 25/01/2019 @19:55A motive for this review is that I see some other Planet Fitness clubs close at 21:00UPDATE: I terminated my contract with Planet Fitness via email in July 2021, now (October) Im getting phone calls and SMSs regarding unpaid fees, and that Im handed over to Creditworx.Thank you sooooo much Planet Fitness for horrible service!!To anybody that is fond of being harassed, and not getting value for your hard earned money, Planet Fitness is the place to join.

Good gym, everything you need

Love this gym, as it is the closest one for us. Parking is always an issue, children on the cardio machines during peak times, just to watch YouTube or TV, while the adults are standing in a queue waiting for a machine to become available, not nice at all! Girls at the reception counter, always friendly. Consultants asked me 3 separate time if I want to join the gym, eventhough I am a member for almost a year now and gym a minimum of 4 days a week in that particular gym...

They have almost every machine you need. No pool. Sauna is great but it keeps breaking down and they are never consistent with when its switched on. Generally clean but have weird people that arent hygienic. Sales team are agrresively charming so criticize carefully what is on offer when they make you sign a contract. Its close to many shops which is convinient.
