After six sessions Ive noticed a definate difference in overall strength with every day tasks, and especially while doing sports. Its especially helped strengthen my back which has eased a lot of pain related to my poor posture caused by long hours behind a PC. The trainers are always professional and very efficient. I had major back surgery in December 2017. I discussed my recovery with my surgeon and as soon as he gave the go-ahead, I started my EMS training. It helped my gain strength and aided my recovery immensely. Balancing cardio training with my weekly session at Bodytec, I was able to complete a 10 km race in October 2018. Something I never thought I would be able to do. Now I compete monthly in 10km races. Thank you to the dedicated team who pushed my boundaries and my settings!
