The best customer service Ive ever experienced

Friendly and informative to its customers , the food here is always fresh and well cooked, cashiers also the best, even those Tyme bank representatives are on point

Convenient and the cashiers always go an extra mile, but the store is always out of stock, butchery never has enough stock and the baby section is relatively too small.

Hmm limited stock, always looking for hoppty popcorns and at bakery croissants are mostly dont find them, snacks quite impressive and juices bigups to that, enough till operators to push the queue quickly

Honestly the worst pick n pay I have ever been to. The cashiers are rude.never willing to help female customers but funny enough always have time to catch up with male customers. Its convenient for me cause its close to me but Ive stopped going because of how bad the service is.. really is nothing to write home about. They can rather close it and open a woolies cause wow ..Ive seen enough

Well, I suppose it offers connivence. Other than, there is not much you can find in the store. Almost always our of vegetables and fruits and the butchery leaves much to be desired.The staff members are Pick n Pay top grade – helpful and friendly.There has been a leak in the store since I moved to Pretoria (6 weeks now I think), and it hasnt been repaired. The ventilation also seems to not be working – on a hot summer day youll suffocate in there.Its basically the shop around the corner – there is a BIG room for improvement.

Its just okay compared to other PNP I know.

I think you have to be rich or look rich to be treated like a customer from the cashiers. Its also difficult to find your way inside the retailer and find what you are looking for. I would also appreciate aisle to be clear when we do our shopping. Butchery section you always have to wait .

The level of service is DETERIORATING!! Its not convenient for One on Mutual tenants. The food is baaad! Deli food looks so old! tastes stale too. Shopping isles are always packed with STACKS of unpacked stock. I would not recommend shopping there for any rainy day!
