A clients ability to make payment via Credit Card has been broken for over 7 weeks. This will take a good developer no more than 30 mins to fix but yet here we are, 7 x weeks down the road and still one cannot make a payment via Credit card. If you were operating in the Private sector you would have been fired.

Your communication channels are truly terrible - twitter and FB sends you back to filing a ticket - which is pointless because then you are back to square 1. I need to have my funds allocated urgently and had already filed a ticket online! so now I have a 3 tickets on the same matter! Meaning you end up having so much backlog because people are sending the same queries in different platforms because each platform doesnt seem to be turned around timeously.

I was honesty doubtful about whether CIPC would process my company director amendments on time. I even considered paying an agent to process my documentation but after careful consideration, I did the whole process myself on eservices at CIPC and the whole experience was a great one for me. They submitted my new company registration documents in less than 5 working days and I found the transaction status tool to be very useful. When I called to check on the progress of my application, a wonderful lady answered the phone and assisted me. I was honestly surprised by the efficiency of CIPC especially since I am usually wary of government-run organisations. I say Big Up!

During the past 2 years a colleague and friend has laid a serious complaint regarding fraudulent behaviour of the Directors of a certain wannabe Diamond Mining company, where millions of Rand was taken from investors. During this period (2 years) CIPC has made little effort to assist my colleague and the share holders to recover their money and to bring the perpetrators to book. It sounds much like the rest of the Governmental Organisations like SAA, Municipalities, ESKOM, DENEL, etc where POOR PERFORMANCE and POOR SERVICE DELIVERY is the order of the day

Im trying to make a manual amendment to a cc and the application has been rejected 3 times. Every time cipc comes back with a new invalid reason why they rejecting the application.Kindly note the CK2 HAS BEEN completed correctly as it is based on a template our office has successfully submitted on multiple occasions. I dont understand what your issue is.

Web services are great and turnaround times are good if your supporting documents are in order. Would give it more stars if you were able to do absolutely everything electronically, but there are still some issues which must be resolved manually.Phoned the call centre about one such issue and spoke to Lerato - a very helpful lady indeed.In all a great improvement from CIPRO of days gone by.

Im an active director of an active company. On the self service portal it says I shouldnt have to pay to access some documents buy I had to pay. After paying the R30 I still havent received anything a week later. Please assist. I wouldve come to the head office but the reviews here are terrible to say the least

The worst. I have tried to exit as director from a company which I am no longer a part of. Everything I have complied with but I am still listed as director, I am not even involved in any transactions of company and I fear if company operates fraudulently without my knowledge, I will still be listen. Phone calls go unanswered, emails not returned, I honestly think they do not care how they affect people. They dont care if they service level is pathetic. And I am sure no-one even reads comments to follow up and try improve service delivery. Its honestly the worst. I actually spoke to a person on the phone who asked me to email them all documents to which I did , nothing was done and no follow up. I think things are just said to get people of their phones. Absolutely terrible and pathetic.

At the CIPC head office waiting to be assisted for more than 45mins and the staff at copy right are there but not picking up their phones. Trying to make a difference but the people are not helping young people =(. I drove for 3 hours just to get no assistance. People are walking in and out and not even asking if we need help. And upon seeing that they are not picking up she cant even go up to check or fetch them to help me. I finally got help from a guy called Mpho who was not from the copy right team and he was helpful in the end thanks.

My call was answered within 5 minutes at least, i spoke to a lady who was willing to listen and advise and thank you for that. However i hate the fact that almost everything is done online, but overall the service was ok. I will give three stars.

Dont reply to emails, call system is useless, website is terrible and makes it completely impossible to register for a customer code if you have an accent sign in your name (é) - so you have to hack it. Oh, also - they store passwords without a salt OR even a hash on the database so they are completely viewable by even amateur hackers. Just another typical collectively useless government commission. What an absolute disgrace. Ive tried to contact them so many times Ive lost count, and lost patience.

ABSOLUTELY LUDICROUS CHAOS AND INCOMPETENCEAs at 19 Jan 2018, it is impossible to pay Annual Returns via Credit Card (despite this being proudly advertised on CIPCs site). So I went to an ABSA branch and deposited cash directly into their account. Now..trying to pay my Annual Return, I get the following helpful error message:ERROR: System.OverflowException: Value was either too large or too small for an Int32. at System.Number.ParseInt32(String s, NumberStyles style, NumberFormatInfo info) at System.Int32.Parse(String s) at AnnualReturns.UpdateEntDetails.btnAddToCart_Click(Object sender, ImageClickEventArgs e)TRY TO REACH ANYONE ON THE PHONE...VOICEMAIL, NUMBER DOESNT EXIST OR NO ANSWER. At ANY of their numerous numbers. And then, of course, I will be charged a penalty fee for late submission of the return.Guess that someones family member of friend made a huge amount of money building that abomination of a web site.

SHOCKING! DOES NOT DESERVE A STAR! Went to register at main head office - I was sent to block F, where the SECURITY GUARDS saw to me and my application?! I asked if I could speak to someone of CIPC, but was refused to be let in. I was then diverted to a mall just down the road where CIPCs registration store is located. I waited for 20 mins before being seen too. the employees DO NOT take their jobs seriously! Laughing at my requests and answering personal phone calls through out my time there. Eventually after 1 hour and 15 mins did I get my request. This is shocking. i am a youth thats is striving to launch a company and create employment. How do you want this country to flourish when entrepreneurs arent taken seriously? Shocking, absolutely shocking.

The overall service from the assistant who referred me to the main office right down to the self-help terminals office in Sunnyside. The level of knowledge and service competence is just phenomenal, I went in there clueless and came out a business woman and trademark owner. My day was turned into a fruitful adventure by the outstanding CIPC assistants. The two proffessional women and a gentleman [Thomas] not forgetting the helpful security staff, are one of the kind. Thumbs up to CIPC for a spot on world-class recruitment of such dedicated and well-trained employees. Thank You!

I logged a name change on CIPC website, and was told by a call centre agent, and their website, a name change takes 15 working days. It has now been 16 working days, so I called the call centre and waited over 45 mins. for call to be answered but then I was told (spoke to James) that a name change will take me 43 working days (I have the audio recording of the call), he said, I will need to log an online query now (Which cannot be done, as the queries website page is down)So now, after waiting 16 working days, according to the call centre I still have another 27 working days to wait??? But I cannot call the centre back, becasue I cannot afford to wait another 45mins for call to be answered. Why does your website say 15 working days to do a name change, but infact its 43 working days????

What exactly are the operational hours if the doors are closed at 15:37!! Requested company documents over 2 weeks ago online, I made the nececary payments and I still havent received them!!!!! Today I follow up and an employee at CIPC SUNNYPARK sends me upstairs to the disclosure department WHERE THE PUBLIC ISNT ALLOWED TO ENTER!!! I have on one day spend almost one and a half hours trying to get help on their call centre number. Each time I hold 30 minutes to get through because of High call volumes. As soon as you get through the person on the other side put down. It is clear that no work get done there and that it is just a lot of parasites working there bleeding the taxpayers money. What is more concerning is that there is apparently no management or quality control done.
