Does not understand the concept of customer service. I ordered a laptop skin from their website. I just ordered the standard one from the website. Now they dont want to refund me because it was a custom order. I note now that their website says all orders are custom made. So I would be very cautious to order from them because they will just throw that in your face. They spend more time posting on Instagram than fulfilling their orders. Also dont answer the phone, doesnt matter when you call.

Wish I could give this place a -5 star!Terrible service!I have been waiting for my shoes for 2 months and still havent recieved it.You have to send 10 msg and then they will finally get back to you!These shoes are not worth the trouble.Go buy some where else because I still dont know if I will ever recieve my shoes.

Would not recommend their overpriced products to anyone. No correspondence to clients. Weeks behind confirmed delivery date and then product arrived completely broken. I will now need to start the fight to get my hard earned money back.

The overall quality of these products are not at all what they seem like online. Some have extremely poor finishings, others are severely overpriced for what you get. If you do go to the shop, items available are so limited, that there is no way to check the quality of most products. Customer care is very poor.All of this was so disappointing, seeing that they spend so much on marketing??

Extremely bad service. Unable to get hold of anybody, even requested them to call me... nothing. Made contact with them over a month ago and still no order in process... Feeling frustrated and helpless. Wish their service was as good as their adds on Instagram!

ALL THEY DO IS IGNORE AND BLOCK YOU FOR LEAVEING BAD REVIEWS its now 2 and a halve months later still no feedback and no products this commect below was posted on the 16/04 I have ordered an item more than a month ago they dont get back to you just empty promises when can I receive my product or can I be refunded this is really unacceptable not even one reply via phone call or email does all your clients experience the same level of service

Ordered and payed for an expensive Macbook laptop skin. After months of no communication and poor service, I finally got my product. Not at all what was advertised. I received a basic A4 sized sticker which is not even the size of my laptop, or any other laptop for that matter. I am very disappointed and will not order again.

Wish I could give them a 0. Bought a expensive product received it and it was horrible. Struggled to get a hold of them. They are extremely slow on emails and had to phone to ask for assitance. Been waiting for my refubd for two weeks now. Had to phone again to follup up. see you are on our refubd LIST...A LIST???? makes u wonder. Cant even put reviews on their facebook. I wonder why and no one ever comes here to look at their reviews. Terrible service and products. Quality is poor

Hi, this is the first time in a my life that I am writing a review purely because I have never been so upset with any business before. They cannot design at all, takes weeks to respond and you wait extremely long for orders just to be disappointed. So do not recommend this business at all.I made an order 5 June 2020, clearly indicating what I wanted. I was told it takes 2-3 weeks to complete an order. One month past and I finally received feedback on 1 of my 2 orders on 2 July. After following up numerous times, I finally received a message on 13 July that my order is ready. I drove all the way there just to be disappointed again, not at all what I ordered. I was promised that I would be contacted the same day and that my items will be delivered that same Friday. Well today is 24 July, once again after numerous follow-ups I finally received a message to approve the prints. Once again a very big disappointment not at all what I have ordered. It seems that the so called designer cannot design anything and can only copy specific images. Now I sit with hopefully a refund on the way.. Will have to see what happens... no decor for a baby room either

Very disappointing. Trying to support local for Christmas gifting but they made it impossible. Sent pvt fb messages, emails and even posted on fb wall for someone to contact me. Eventually got a response on a post that I should email them, which I had, and redid, and I am still waiting for a response. This was weeks ago. Had numerous feedback from other people commenting the same. I do not understand why a company would market so much and not follow through. #DISAPPOINTED #customerservicefail

Ordered two prints and a sugar spoon at one of the Fabriek dae...A month later and I havent received the products. Send various emails but they dont reply. Have to call them just so that they have to scramble around and look for my order. Confirms that it will be sent out that week but only the 2 prints the spoon will not be ready. I send an email again asking that they must please send me the tracking number or just give me an indication of when it will be delivered so that I can make sure I am home....No reply to date, it is two months later and I also still havent received the spoon. My husband also bought me matching items for my birthday, also a month a later and NO WORD from them. I dont think anyone understand how poor the service of this place is. I will never in my life buy anything from them again and I would most certainly not recommend anyone buying from them as you just never know when (if ever) you will receive the order. This place must rather stop doing business as they obviously dont know how it works!!

First they messed up my design and then when I sent it back it took them 3 months to do a new design after approving that and getting confirmation that I will still get my order during the first week of November 2020.....no delivery up until today. Ive followed up numerous times and they just dont deliver they have NO customer service at all!!!!! They dont even deserve 1 star

First you wait more than the promised 21-30 days. The quality of the products are bad. The board was used previously you can see the stickers torn of and replaced with my names on it.. The painting on it is two different colours of white. I phoned Geite and Goeters, I talked a lady ,her responds was she is not working with the production team...

Place my order on the 3rd of August 2020, received half the order 2 months later and still waiting for the rest.........Every week the customer deals with empty promises. Never again!!!!!!!!!!! Goats and Goods deserve NO STARS !! BITTER WEAK SERVICE. I already ordered a laptop skin on February 22nd. After many calls and emails, it was promised that the product would be with me by April 18, with overnight delivery. Guess .... its April 21st and now I get an email that the courier has 4 days to deliver it ????? The person whose gift it was supposed to be has already returned to Germany. I have no use for it now. I will never support you again. Im bitterly disappointed.

January 11th placed my order for my valentines gift. Today is the 11th of February and have not received any product yet. Emails are very vague and unprofessional. When you call, they swear high and low that the package has already been shipped. Very unhappy with your service!

If I could give zero star I would.And its just about customer service.I placed an order with them on the 11th of September. Which I started inquiring about after the alleged delivery time. Several emails to them, just are not answered. Nobody answers the phone when you call them. Comments on their fb page are only deleted. And then you get blocked. Why because they can not just answer you out of decency to your question of what is the status of my order.I got all half of my order, but now the battle continues for the rest of my order. Again, my emails are not being answered.

I made an order to be delivered as a gift in Johannesburg.They apologize a lot for not giving it priority.Now they say the courier sent it to me in Cape Town.When I read about the quality of items like this, I wonder what will eventually be delivered and in what condition. If I could give a zero I would. After 2 and a half months, I still did not receive my order. First, they did not receive my proof of payment. Product in wrong color is dismissed as factory error. Your emails are being ignored. You get tracking numbers that do not exist. Apologies apologies. Your comments on facebook are quickly removed and then you are prevented from making any comments. If you feel like struggling and wasting your breath, feel free to order, but be warned. I can kick myself for ordering from Geite & Goeters. An absolute waste of time and money.

Extremely POOR SERVICE! You make promises that you can not even keep. My gift was ordered more than a week back with special instructions that it should be in the Cape by tomorrow as it is a farewell gift. Now we say goodbye tomorrow without a gift. And that you do not even have the professional decency to keep up to date or reply to an email. I will NEVER use you again and I do not recommend you either.

Im not someone who tries to hurt other people or businesses. But if service delivery is poor, I say something.On the 24th of February I placed an order with Geite & Goeters. On which I received an invoice and made my payment on the 3rd of March. The same day I received an email confirming everything. Just when I heard we were going into total lockdown level 5 on March 24th I sent an email to find out what was happening with my order. They asked me to send my proof of payment. I then sent them all the mails we sent to each other. They let me know back then that my order would take between 21 and 30 business days. And now with the lockdown there is going to be a back lock. I totally understand that. When we went to level 4 I sent another email asking them to just keep me informed of my order. It was the 11th of May. No response received from them. I then sent several messages on facebook messenger but still no reply. Send mails the 2nd of June, and still nothing. Send WhatsApp no ​​reply. All I ask is that they just have to hold me up and say listen 1,2,3 thats where your order is right now. One wants to support the small businesses but I dont know. You make the name of small businesses bad. I believe in business you need to keep your customers informed of where their order is. Even if you are behind in your work. I think we will all understand at this time. All I ask is that I placed a fairly large order, and feel your service is extremely poor. Goat & Goeters please your service is Very Poor.

Absolutely NO service, after sales service does not exist at all. It takes 35 days to receive your order, its nothing yet. A second-hand product was simply repainted and other stickers were pasted over it. The original words are still clearly visible. Once you inquire you are simply ignored.Do not waste your money. Because, believe me, youre going to waste your breath afterwards.

Dont buy from them unless you want to be disappointed. We ordered from them on 2nd December 2020 and its now 2 months later and they do not respond to your queries at all. Just read the other reviews. I wish I had.Sorry, we always support local but these guys are not going to see us again. Hopefully we can get a refund. Save yourself the money and the pain.

I ordered my products the 4th of May and I have not received anything after 4-5 working days. After sending a few emails and ignoring them, they finally announced on May 24 that they had lost my order. I asked them to refund my money, its already May 31st and I have no feedback or answers to any of my queries and refunds yet.Im going to use all platforms to make sure everyone is aware of their poor service delivery to prevent anyone from falling in the same battle. I am also going to personally report them to the necessary companies to investigate their business and do their unfair and deceptive way of doing business. I am still waiting for my money and once I have obtained legal advice they will benefit from their poor service delivery.
