I had an issue with a diving watch that was serviced at the shop in Woodlands, Pretoria. Mr. Le Roux personally assisted me in a prompt and professional way to sort out my issue. What an experience. From the design meeting with Deonne up and till the end when the ring was collected. The staff is very helpful even when we arrived at the shop to collect the ring they knew who we were even before we were inside the shop. This jeweler is highly recommended.

Very good place.

Very unhappy of the servive lately at Deonne le Roux Woodlands. After doing bussines with them since 2001 and all my juwelry bought there,I am looking forward to move on to another Juweler that treats their customers with a little more respect. Jewelry sent in for service has to be taken back because it was not done properly and then the staff becomes very nasty when that happens. Staff please remember that if we,the customers, dont buy our juwelry from your shop and spend large amounts of money in doing so,you will not have a job. Unfortunetaly you lost one very loyal client of many years
