Turn around times are not clear nor communicated. Im crossing my fingers that I get my order or refund. Its been two weeks now, or perhaps my order is too less on quantity that Its been tossed aside.Theres just no communication!Im actually glad that I made a test order before submitting the actuall one I needed. Too much money would have been lost along with a big client.

What a disappointing experience. Ordered golf-shirts and caps for our company from Saskia at Gift Wrap. Received the wrong kind of blue in a sub-standard material. Funny thing is that a sample of the correct golf-shirt was in the same box as the 30 shirts they got wrong. No apologies received, promised they would replace the golf-shirts after following up more than once. Still waiting and have to follow up regularly. Ive never experienced bad service and a disregard for common courtesy to do proper damage control all at once. Our company wont be ordering from Gift Wrap again

Very rude to customers. I am still waiting on feedback on my refund. They accepted my money but did not bother to even get a delivery address when I enquired they were rude like they were doing me a favour. Never again!

I totally disagree, I ordered a product and gave the sales person the product code and she agreed to having enough stock, after processing the payment I drove from rustenburg to their offices to verify the product only to find that she quoted on totally opposite product, and they dont to refund the R225 000 we paid to them

Had very bad experience with gift wrap, i orderd my stuff on the 17th and after 2 weeks they send me my Drawstring bags with wrong logo, which i did not supply to them,they communication skill is toooo bad, no reply on emails, when you call them they always have some excuses.

These people saved my life in the last two days after another supplier failed to deliver. Giftwrap Trading managed to source, organize and engrave 100 pens in 12 hours. They even dropped the parcel at the couriers depot!!! The service, efficiency and friendliness with which they handled my order was outstanding. I was stressed and worried that I would disappoint my client but Giftwrap Trading simply said leave it in our hands and they kept every single promise.
