Wasted 3 hours on call centre. Phones dont get answered and emergency number is not working. Call centre lady to work on her customer interaction skills. Lady that replaced faulty machine however very pleasant and helpful.
Would give a negative score as a 1 star is way too much. Dont answer phones. Dont care about the so called patients at all. My mother is dependent on their equipment and service and they couldnt care less. Perhaps this should be brought to the attention of Air Liquide Head Office based in France seeing that the South African market treats their patients with a no care attitude and could not care less about their well being. Spent over two hours to get any type of answer today. Patients have the right to be treated with respect, dignity and due dilligence.
Avoid! Had oxygen for 3 weeks but they refused to returned my deposit as now the are saying you need to pay for full 2 months not 3 weeks, After the fact. Paid for 9 weeks but only used it for 3 weeks!
Tried to get hold of them, but they do not answer the phones.
Dont answer phones.My mom is off oxygen now for 7 hours and it is weekend.Did get hold of Bosiwa....very unfriendly.Didnt want to help.
