They do not answer their phone. You stand in a queue a mile long, in the freezing cold. When you get to the front of the queue, the poor guy filling the bottles SINGLE HANDEDLY, informs you that we do not fill this bottle mam. Good service would be, to get out of the office and come to the queue and speak to the people. Will never support them again.

Another amazing delivery from this excellent company from the GasSa Menlyn branch to our home in Kensington, Johannesburg. We ordered our 48kg gas from them late on Easter Monday. 8.00am Tuesday morning they confirmed the order and a little later notified that delivery would take place soon. At 1.30pm the bottle was delivered and connected up for us 80+ pensioners. very helpful. Always excellent service from this company.

Im extremely angry with this place. I returned 4x empty cylinders for which I had paid R380 deposit for each. I was only refunded R180 per cylinder and was told it was the owners rules. After countless calls to the owner (cell phone never answered and messages not returned) I finally spoke to him and he alleged that I had no receipt. When I insisted that I had the receipts he said he would investigate and call back. Still waiting. Daylight robbery and this after I had supported his store regularly for 2 years. Plain thievery

Today is Friday and it is 18h30. We have been waiting to a gas cylinder to be delivered since morning and still nothing. I phoned three times before the person at the shop called back to say, at around 16h45, that the delivery truck was on their way to our place.
