I saw that most of the reviews are either five or one stars. Unfortunately, my five-star opinion also dropped to one star after the rude attitude of the young blond manager. I used to love this beautiful place with its great variety. That is why I regularly spent many thousands of rands there. Unfortunately, they refused to give me an R95 credit on a faulty product I bought there. So I left my trolley full of plants that I selected to buy right there at the pay point. Sorry Plant Paradise, but you don’t deserve my loyal support anymore.

Beautiful garden centre. Kids love coming here just to run on all paths and climb all the stairs. The decor is quite cool and inspiring - you can get a lot of ideas here for your own garden. Theres also a tuisnywerheid here with good quality cookies and sweets and baked goods. Coffee shop nice too.

We went to buy an olive tree as for a family member as a gift. The service was excellent from the minute we stepped foot into the place. A little bit on the pricey side but well worth it for repeated visits and knowledgeable and friendly advice. Great variety and quality products available throughout the store.

Great variety of anything you will be interested in from your garden to interior. My experience was fantastic bought a few products not regretting it at all. Product quality is durable, plants are beautiful and most of it is a place I would refer to go to if youre interested in any of the above.

I have recently become obsessed with this place! It has the loveliest indoor plant range that I cannot stop buying. They have everything plant related you could ever need under one roof!

As always a refreshing visit with magnificent ideas, fun layout and clever cross merchandising. Staff friendly and attentive and we just loved the concrete legs and new paved parking lot.

This is my favourite nursery. The staff is so friendly and helpful and they get new succulents in about every two weeks.

Nice looking place,plenty of variety..Little short on willing help..you have to walk up to grouped representatives and ask for them to assist you else your best off googling plant types,searching the grounds and loading what you need yourself..Never the less,good variety of pots and plants..

What a SHOCK, shown away with a baby and 2 toddlers, excited to buy flowers. We all wear visors as the young girls have anxiety with masks covering their face. This is such bad experience after my family have spend thousands of Rands on plants here. I WILL NOT SUPPORT A PLACE THAT REFUSES MR TO ECERISE MY RIGHTS AS A MOM AND PERSON TO PROTECT MYSELF AND CHILDREN AS I SEE FIT

The garden centre and interior decorating area have a wide range of goods, often with interesting stuff you dont see elsewhere. The restaurant is a real treat though. Simple but interesting menu. Worth a visit

Shop there frequently. Great place to shop and most of the staff really know their plants. Three stars because management needs an attitude adjustment. Only get rude answers from young chap with blond hair. Unfortunately don’t know his name but he is obnoxious and rude every time you speak to him. Would like to knock him down the stupid pedestal he put himself on.

Their plants are in incredible condition and they have great service.

Shocking customer service from the owner himself!!!! My husband took his buff off to eat a peppermint and forgot to put it on straight afterwards. The owner immediately came and was very rude telling him to put his mask on, after which my husband went to him to apologize. That was not enough clearly and we were basically yelled out of the shop by the owner infront of his other customers. So disappointing to see that the owner does not have the right attitude to treat his customers with respect. I see it is a trend because this is not the first time people have complained about this issue....

Their variety of plants especially succulents are much more than most other nurseries, although the number of plants per specie are much less. Their prices are neither extremely cheap nor very expensive.

Extremly Rude and Aggressive Owner.When I visited plant paradise today - with my mask on over my mouth as it kept slipping off my nose the owner SHOUTED from his office to put my mask on properly - which I did. While we were at the seedling section he came and confronted us in a very aggressive and loud manner - surrounding people were watching and listening in. He told me to keep quiet and I will have my turn to speak - he told me it was people like me that will make this country fail and to get off his premisis and never come back again - all this with my mask on, temperature taken at the entrance and hands were sanitized. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had, I was actually frightened at the way he was handling the situation.
