Happiness on our faces, we got what we were looking for URGENTLY FOR THE SAKE OF HELPING A NEEDY CLIENT ON THE SPOT !! thats how far we did to make a client happy with service delivery. Our client not Games client. We just exploited the platform and it benefited both parties for the day.

Sales lady at Home Appliances, Washing Machines, went beyond duty to assist with finding a reasonably priced washing machine, and made transport arrangements to deliver machine to my home. The entire experience was swift, no time wasting on the weekend. Thank you!

The attendant at the entrance was rude. Spoke to her in English and she kept responding in her dialect. I eventually left to get what I wanted in the store. Well, I am not coming back here, the environment in the store was hostile.

Completely outstanding in terms of aesthetics, whatsoever the workers should be told that they are getting paid, daily, work ethics.

Clean and neat store. Could get 4* but location not ideal for me. Nearest vehicle parking is 2 blocks away as the centre parking is for taxis only. Had to walk 2 blocks with my (heavy) purchase. Not sure how safe that area is for outsiders

I just love how most of my shopping is minimized to one store with game, and they offer great prices on proteins and other gym equipment and accessories

I was annoyed when we called the credit customer service and was told to pay for service monthly card fees after I made a mistake by paying all the outstanding balance owed to them without asking for a settlement amount,their system carried on charging me monthly fees🙁.was told I must pay it then the system will stop charging it☹mxm.

I might be wrong but I believe in the slogan,SERVICE WITH A SMILE, but st this branch the employees seemed to be more unfriendly and difficult when approached by customers seeking assistance and that truly does not amount to a pleasant shopping experience at all nor does it encourage consumers to frequent the store when in search of specific goods and friendly customer service or advice on a intended purchase...

It was an easy process to buy my new fridge, but there was a big problem with the delivery. First the system (Pretoria?) was off-line and later the wrong brand fridge was loaded onto the truck. A whole day wasted for me. Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow.

I have been to better Game stores, try Menlyn or centurion.Game Pretoria Central and Wonderpark are the worst. Avoid these two and you will be happy because game store is a great place to shop

Worst service ever. All staff members went for lunch at the same time at the majors department. A lady tried to help me but it wasnt her department so she could only do much. I waited for an hour and left unattended. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Out of all of the games Ive been to. This one is my least favorite. The line to the parcel counter is always annoyingly long. The fact that they sell most things, thats a start but their level of service is on the low.

Usually well stocked and will equal or beat any price find elsewhere on the same make and model. Stationary, hardware, DIY, office furniture, etc, etc.

The service at custoner collections is non-existent. No-one is available to receive customers, they have a radio on so you cant even call them out. When they evetually came they took my slip and came back only 20min later with my goods,

26 June 2019 I entered the store at 12:30 to book my TV for a repair was assisted by 16:00 while caring an infant of two months old, bad and worst service ever, the people working at customer service no nothing about client service, never ever will I buy even a small thing by that store ever
