Quiet during week days. Big range of shops but not to big to walk a marathon like in Menlyn.Paid R8 for parking in the sun? Is a bit steep.

Very friendly personnel. Thank you for you effort to give me what I asked for.

I returned 2 lamps for a refund. The manager refused to pay me back the money immediately. She said she would call me later in the day - which she never did. I had to keep phoning and send messages to customer care. Eventually she let me know I can collect the refund. Then she gave me R 2000 worth of R 10’s and R20’s. She was so stubborn and spiteful. Not once did she make any effort to be of help and resolve the matter in a friendly helpful way. I will never ever buy from them again.

Friendly with a smile and they just sold me a broken toaster. What a bunch of swindlers. After I opened up the toaster I found that it had been returned by a previous customer, as all the bread crumbs were still inside. Disgusting unethical service. Can I take the one star off? I will replace with 🐍. Snakes cant be trusted.
