From the moment I contacted Liesl she responded rapidly and made the whole process so much easier. Liesl is really a very hands-on person and communicates extremely well throughout the process and is always up to date with the progress of the arrangements. She also went well over and above of what is expected from her in a particularly sensitive and intricate matter for us as family, she is simply just so much more than just a funeral undertaker. I have no second thoughts as to whom to use or recommend for funeral undertaker services. LM funeral services made a remarkable difference to us us as family.
