This funeral cover is nonsense I am not happy with this funeral cover, I dont recommend it to other people I also blame my mother to join dikwena funeral parlour

Worst customer service Good day,Im very disappointed with the kind of services we received from Dikwena so much disrespect, you are not the people quality and pride because you dont practice your words.when we arrived at the graveyard there were no tent, chairs, water not even lowering device for coffins the grave yard had nothing was plain.Family had to jump in to carry the coffin to the holr.I called on Friday to complain but i was told a manager will call us back, sent email no response this is the worst thing ever didnt expect such not even a call to apologies.

The service from Dikwena Funeral Parlor was appalling. A funeral is a painful occasion for any family and their poor service delivery made the process even more painful. Below is a list of events that took place1. The corpse was meant to leave the funeral parlor at 06:45 of which did not happen, it only got to the house at 07:152. When they arrived, they informed the family that they forgot the stand; as a result, we had to wait for an extra 30 minutes.3. The stand finally arrived at 07:45. As the casket was being carried into the tent, we noticed that a white cloth that was meant to be tucked inside the casket was left on the casket.4. After the funeral service, we were informed that there was no hearse available at that time so we had to wait AGAIN for another 20 minutes.5. Eventually a dirty, no-brand hearse that is not maintained arrived and we RUSHED to the cemetery6. When we got to the cemetery the family tent was not fully set up and we could not even identify the staff to ask for assistance as they were not wearing uniform.I was shocked at the level of service they offered; they were not apologetic the entire time. They were full of excuses and not empathetic at all.

Worst experience of my life!!!They need to be shut down, no dignity what so ever. Everything is late and they always have excuses. grieving families should not go through what these people put them through!

What a bad service we got from Dikwena over the weekend. It was our first time using Dikwena and definitely the last. I will not recommend Dikwena to anyone ever in my life. Dikwena must shut down, they do not value customers. I give them a zero rating

Pathetic service! Unprofessional! They forgot the stand, we waited an hour before that could arrive and service started. The hearse was then 2 hours late. No phone calls answered. Should be shut down. Pity we cant rate it 0

I have never seen such unprofessional staff like Dikwena funeral they cannot even give you the owners contact so that we can lodge formal complain .. Im hoping the proceeding for next week will go smoothly
