Ive lost 6kg and its only week 2. Ive had daily indigestion before munch.co.za but now with their clean eating meals its completely gone. The meals are VERY filling, the drinks are delicious, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to try clean eating without preservatives with a gourmet touch to it! Keep it up!

We ordered the bulk meat to take with us on holiday to the Kruger. It was delicious, super quality and made lunches and supper so easy. I highly recommend the food having had a couple of the ready meals as well they are good value on top of great quality. Well done and keep it up!

I had a very good experience on my first interaction with Munch family...... and still do!!!!! Packaging information very well done and very informative! Stress of planning meals have been eliminated.... for good!!! Whether frozen to heat and eat ..... or defrost to heat and eat...... meals are still very tasty and delicious!!! Started Munch Measured Meals 5 days ago and already lost 1.9kg! Food is delicious, even the orange red and green juices are great! Cant wait yo see what happens in the next 3 weeks. Very excited!

Not only has Munch simplified my life, but their meals are healthy, delicious and helped me gain control over my weight problem. I am also saving on my grocery bill, due to the fact that I am not buying unnecessary treats or waste food that could not be consumed or used in time. You guys rock!

Weve wanted to go and test your restaurant out and finally decided to do..but it was very disappointing. We ordered chips but they were out of stock and when we got the sweet potato fries option it was burnt.My wifes ribs i was super tasty falling off the bone..she was so happy with them...The beef and lamb pattie is an acquired taste, we didnt like it. The service however was great. Maybe they just had a bad day in the kitchen..

Ordered vegan meals.. Every single meal tastes the same, with actually no taste, honestly a waste of money. But I will commend them on their packaging

I ordered the Vegan 8 meal box. Unfortunately the flavours and the aroma are not good. Im very sad about this because Im always excited to find new ready vegan meals to help save me time, but these meals have such a weird taste to them. The texture is also strange. Perhaps try other vegan ideas? The Seitan is way too soft. Ill keep my eyes open to see if other meals come about, but for now, these ones are only JUST edible....

In the beginning I was very hesitant to order the pre-made meals. I ordered a 8 Meal box just to test, I could not believe how tasty the food were. I have now ordered a second time and love it. It is very neatly packaged and fit easily into my lunch bag.

Very disappointed with my order because one of my meals was removed from the plastic wrapping. When I brought it to the companies attention, I received a mail back stating theyll replace it when I place a next order with them and that this was the first time something like this happened.I also had to ask them twice for an update on my order, as they were very busy and werent able to take 2min of their time to respond.This was my first time giving them an opportunity and I will most definitely not do so again.

Very nice vibe. Extremely yummy food. The Big Cheese Flatbread and Dinosaur Beef Ribs is highly recommended; with some Sweet Potato Fries.The staff is very friendly, and the service is really fast (recieved our food surprisingly fast). Definitely worth a visit.

Ordered a package of 36 meals. All beef and chicken dishes taste the same. It is also very distasteful. Will not order again.

What an epic place. Legit food, awesome vibe and cosy! - that was my initial thoughts on the place.... Let me expand as this place needs more credit. Service is great, specials are really good and the actual food is brilliant. Fresh flavors and decent portions. Cant fault this place at all. Owner is on hand should you ever need anything but the staff manage just fine. Pairing of drinks to food can be recommended as well which is a plus if you dont know what to drink with what food. I hope this store grows and branches out!

Seated promptly with a hearty welcome. They have awesome specials which were immediately pointed out and explained. All our questions were answered effectively. The service from Grey was superb. Read all reviews about peoples experience and based on that went for lunch . Decided on the flat bread and 700g beef ribs. The meat was definitely not 700g more like 300g.The tomatoes sauce brought to the table was empty. The beef had a strong smoked taste but NO FLAVOUR.The waiter was friendly and did his job.I will not return as I did not feel it was worth the money.Owner please reply to this review and not just the good ones.

Very friendly staff, and overall great vibe. Foodwise: Unique, fresh, Big portions plus excellent taste! Prices is quite cheap for what you are getting. Would recommend you sit down and take in the ambience of the restaurant. It is focused on meat as it is a grill house, but they do accommodate you if you want to change your fillings to something else. Definitely worth it.

Been to Bra.i Africas Smokehouse twice already and it does not disappoint. From the awesome vibe to the delicious and generous servings of magnificent food. You cant go wrong here. The staff are amazing and friendly and the owner makes sure everything is going well for that perfect evening. Their meat buns and burgers and ribs are to die for and build your own is an fabulous touch. Do yourself a favour, if you anywhere near Pretoria, pop in by Bra.i Africa Smokehouse, it will be a meal you will never forget and leave you wanting to come back for more. I know it did that for us.

This restaurant is by far the best place Ive been to in 2019. The food, vibe and service is absolutely amazing to say the least.Ill definitely be back for their Boerseun Burger.

Really good local sourced comfort food - the large portions also help fill all the holes (the meat buns and flatbreads are a must). Their gin and craft beer are definitely a winner (and usually on special), so defeats the purpose for anything else. Theyve introduced some special nights as well (date night, buffets, etc.), so give them a ring to book/find out more info. Keep up the good work!

Potentially 5 star. Quality of food and service is great. I could be mistaken and did not want to create an issue but both wife and I are convinved the 600g full portion pork belly ribs was in fact only a half portion that we received. Otherwise very good experience.

The food was delicious, but for the life of me I cant understand why you would cram all that yummy food onto such a small plate. I had difficultly working around coleslaw & potato salad to get to the ribs on the plate. Next time I shall ask for my meat to be on a seperate plate. Also food was slightly cold. If youre a meat lover, definately worth a visit.

Amazing restaurant, amazing good, amazing service. Currently my favourite restaurant to go to. Ive eaten the ribs, flatbread meals and the deboned chicken. There is nothing bad on this menu, make sure you have the smoked potato salad. Its a winner. Love this place!

Have been here a few times now, the food is amazing with very reasonable prices.The service has been brilliant, even when they were fully booked when we arrived one day they still made a plan for us. I would most definatly recommend them.

We had takeaway burgers and chips on the 28th July 2019 and the highlight of our meals was the potato and sweet potato chips, which is unfortunate...the service we received was good and we received the food in a reasonable time. We ordered the banting and vegan burgers. Firstly, The vegan burger has no pattie and I would not call it a burger, but a bean soup on two huge pieces of sweet potato. I would really suggest you make a proper patty with those beans (there are really some delicious recipes for those in this world), and I would strongly suggest you you ditch the sweet potato buns as it overkills ALL of the other ingredients (on the vegan and banting burger), consider mushrooms instead. I will unfortunately not be eating there again as I feel I wasnt supplied with what Ive ordered. :(

We had lunch, ordered a boereburger.... with sweet potato chips..... burger was ok, we did not like the consistency of the patty.... the sweet patato chips was dried and really tasteless... We then called the waiter, he said the chips were fresh took it away, and said they will bring a fresh batch....later, only to have a kitchen staff walk up to us and said they have no sweet potato:(Quite dissapointing.... but their coffee was good and the juice I had..... will I go back again?..... not sure.....

1.was there tonight....2.will not go back.........waited 10minutes just to get a waiter that we had to call our selfs to take our order...waited another 15min just for our drinks...and another 20 minutes just to get our food order taken...and an hour just to get our tastless horrable food.And what was part of the evening entertainment is the owner raising his voice,infront of all customers,to his waitress....elderly couple been there before us and also had the same problem how received their food just a few minutes before us..poor service really i expected much more.
