I am VERY impressed with Hatfield. They went ABOVE and beyond my expectations. I ordered a snack hamper, flowers and a balloon from abroad for my boyfriends birthday. They were very attentive and communicative through WhatsApp and responded quite fast.Due to the lockdown alcohol ban, they provided an alternative non-alcoholic beverage (which my boyfriend loved!). I also had some issues with payment due to being international and they were very accommodating. And to make matters worse, my boyfriend was not going to be at the delivery location at the time discussed, so they took it upon themselves to contact my boyfriend discreetly and ask when he will be at the delivery location. The delivery was done at the arranged time and my boyfriend was ecstatic and VERY surprised. The snack hamper is HUGE and has plenty of variety for days and days. I am so thankful and appreciative of all the efforts they have shown, especially since I am abroad and unable to do anything special for my boyfriends birthday. They have really made this day extra extra happy and special for the both of us, and for that, I want to thank them with all of my heart. I am eternally grateful! The service is impeccable and I would highly recommend them!

I suppose Im the unlucky one. I was sore displeased with the service I received from Hatfield Flower. Im not for bad reviews but the level of communication I received was bad, and I ended up paying only to realize that I was paying for an incomplete order. Please improve your communication and be transparent because a beautiful day just got spoilt while I was trying to make it special. To top it off, the lady made it sound like I did not understand clearly while I had asked my question clearly. No apology, nothing.

So bad staff does not know the prices owner does not awnser the phone staff is also not very friendly saying we should phone the owner because they cant reach her

Really great service, I called in the morning to buy sunflowers and have it delivered after which i was told they will arrive straight from the market round about 12:30. I then called again and ordered and within an hour the flowers were arranged and delivered. The most beautiful HUGE sunflowers! Great service !

Fantastic service! Sweet and accommodating. Managed to deliver to a tricky address, and after I messed up, managed to phone and direct the driver to the correct place. They took my order online, I followed up with a call, to find out they had load shedding, but they were quick to confirm my order and put my worries at bay, all in all 5/5 for me.

Great shop, just a bit hard to find especially when using GPS... Thats probably not even their fault. Lady gave me a free card coz I made a R500 purchase so that was plenty cool!! Loved it

Fresh flowers, friendly staff and a wide variety of stuff youd never look for but be glad u found. I ordered a corsage for our wedding and it was done perfect and stayed fresh for days.

Will never come back here. Would have give 0 stars if it was possible. Bought flowers to the value of R 500 (plus an extra R 60 for delivery), spoke to about 4 different people (including the owner) who promised they would get back to me which they never did. My wife will now not get her flowers on Valentines day and unfortunately Hatfield flowers isnt the one who will have to break the news to her. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - if you in the area RUN AWAY!!!!!
