Eros Florist, where do I even begin! On the 24th of March, we had an event where we needed flowers to create an atmosphere and breathe life into a venue. They exceeded all expectations and when our guests arrived they were all greeted by exquisite bouquets, which took their breath away! The arrangements ranged from large bouquets to small little ones used for cocktail tables. The atmosphere they created was one I have never experienced with flowers before. They took our briefs, wants, and needs and made exceptional creations. They are artists the way they work with flowers. Furthermore, some of the flowers they supplied to us are still alive and look like we have just received them. I cannot express enough thanks for their passion, patience, dedication, and attention to detail. A special word of thanks to Louise de Villiers for her hands-on approach. I don’t have words to express this company’s excellence. First, they took a request to make sure a specific flower was included in what I got. Then, being in the States, I had very limited information for delivery for where my girlfriend was staying. Shelly and her team reached out about the right address and were incredibly courteous and persistent in finding the right place to deliver. Their whole team stepped in to track down my girlfriend’s host to communicate the whole situation and get an accurate address. The driver, who was at the wrong spot for a while, will be personally delivering it to my girlfriend on his way home. Not enough can be said about Eros Florist. They must be the best in South Africa!
