From the start I had excellent communication with Krystle . Getting a fireplace for the first time could be a daunting task but these guys made it so easy. Absolutely wonderful service.Lionel and his team did the installation and they were fantastic very neat and extremely professional. There was very good communication and just a fantastic job .The best price I got as well. Thank you ..you were amazing. I would recommend them 100%

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fireplace. I had a real pleasant experience, cost effective service and friendly people all around. I am really happy I got through to Braai and Fireplace Specialists. Especially Krystle, who was always available, friendly with great service.
