Would go 0 stars if I could. Been with them for a year now and it was the worst mistake I have ever made. I started using them as my insurance broker as I would get some money back this way, but every time I had to call their brokers there were issues. The final straw was when I very clearly asked them to cancel my house content insurance as I was moving to a different insurer, but I was keeping my car insurance through them. What they apparently heard was cancel everything. And since its very hard to see where your insurance payments go off I had no idea. So for 6 months I was without insurance. Luckily nothing happened. Save yourself the trouble, definitely NOT worth it!

They do credit checks on your name without consent, without legal and binding documentaiton and without your permission!!!!!They cannot tell you where they attained your ID number,I HAVE NEVER DONE AN APPLICATION WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!THEY BETTER REMOVE THEIR CHECK OFF OF MY NAME, FAILING WHICH I WILL SUE THEM!

Absolutely shocking. My wife lost her card and to cancel it took two phone calls. The first was just dropped and the second took more than 20 minutes. TO CANCEL A SINGLE CARD!!!! I mean really! It was hold this and hold that. To cancel a card you need to do only two things - confirm the identity of the caller and confirm the card details. 20 minutes?

Their Systems are unreliable, they have left me standing in front of an already rung up trolley full of food at the counter without a means to pay more than once cause of system errors and unreliable balance reset operations.
