If you have never experienced oval track racing then you are in for a treat! Racers from 6 to 50 years old, men and woman. You are allowed to bring your own food and drinks along with you, or you can purchase them at the raceway. Kids welcome but obviously need to be supervised. One suggestion, take your own camping chair or something soft to sit on as the grandstands do not have chairs, only cement levels.

We had a blast at Mahem Raceway! Great to see the different classes racing. Good food stalls available and clean facilities.

Seeing the car races for the first time in my life, that was awesome.

Really had a great evening out. Take camping chairs to sit on. Lots of noise. You can walk around the pits and task to the owners drivers. Great family entertainment.

Amazing

Some excellent races with a wide variety. From little kids in go-karts to V8 engines blazing around the track. They also have special events such as caravan races happening every few weeks and this makes for a great activity with friends.Before the show starts you can walk through the cars and see what they look like up close and personal. During the show there are always multiple scenes of excitement.There is always a multitude of food choices and the people are generally very friendly and the service is great.

Not that great in the winter. Take a lot of warm stuff with. Card and cash facilities. Great bar prices. Plenty food options

Its nice place with race way stadium, near Pretoria CBD and is a not so busy area

Service bit slow... Ladies at the gate is very helpful and assist where possible but no sense of urgency in the team that needs to assist these ladies

Best place everIf you wanna relieve your stress

Good for residential and affordable accommodation. You can built your own house cheap. Next to town and change transport.

Went to see the caravan race. Stayed til the end only for that. The drunk people all around us, standing in front of us, shouting, swearing and throwing up right where they sat ruined the whole evening. Pity they cant control the alcohol. Plenty of parking however everyone leaves at once and the exit is a single road so expect to wait. Racing that saw was good, but I wont be going back in a hurry

One of the greatest event you wouldnt want to miss

I love motor racing was so awesome the only problem is that the management of Mayhem failed to maintain the track more specifically the drains which led to the flooding of the track on the side opposite the entrance to the track which caused an accident which in turn due to the oil caused several more. This caused multiple accidents and lots of damage to competitors cars

Should have an atm or swiping machines next time. We run out of cash and have to drive out for it

Program seems Disorganised. Sound system is very unclear and the marshalls looks like they can do with some training.I only watch the cars as they race on the track with little or no idea what is actually happening.
