Severe lack in communication. I understand you cant give a customer an exact time something will take, but surely you know if it will take 2 hours or the whole day. You HAVE to communicate this to your CLIENTS!

Professionals, PLEASE!!When the automated answering machine mentions Professionals...It made me realize that there arent any.

No words come to mind on how bad the service is.They phone you to arrange a service follow up promise a Quote wil be sent its been almost 2 weeks. When you phone them no answer or a clueless person answers and puts you through then you wait 15 min just to have the line dropped. BAD BAD BAD

I had my vehicle for a service there today, the staff were very friendly and helpfull, especially the service advisor.But there were issues with the service plan, that I dont feel they tried hard enough to resolve the issue.Once it was sorted, all was well, Until I left the dealership after five, 5km down the road my turbo boost pipe blew off, and I was left stranded next to the road. There was no answer at the dealership when I tried phoning.The boost pipe was one of the issues I specifically asked to attend, and it was made worse than when it was to begin with.This is a shame, bec3I am truly happy with my Fiat, but issues like these leave a bitter taste in ones mouth.5 stars for the counter staff, and 1 star for the service plan and service experience.

Wow, what costumer service. Have been trying to get hold of the parts department since yesterday. They either leave the jus to ring or they pick it and then ends the call. Tried the sales department to find out if they will assist. The same happened. Good luck if you try buy a car and try phoning the sales department. Phoned this morning and the same happened.

Very disappointed... bought a Fiat Tipo February 2019. Clutch broke down on a Friday and got no courtesy vehicle. Battery had issues on a Friday evening and upon arrival Saturday morning service was refused... Now my brakes are making odd noise and I no answer at dealership... before closing time, so dont claim otherwise. Yesterday stock take was excuse... I am a Italian car fan but this service has cured me. NEXT CAR WILL BE NOT FROM THE PENTA GROUP...Follow up... After my car was booked in and talking to different personnel, the Manager Riaan organised a courtesy vehicle, all issues was resolved fast and expedient. I felt satisfied and Jacques and Hendrik took good care of my wife who dropped and picked up the car. You guys made us feel special again, very similar to when we made our purchase from Penta Zambesi.THANK YOU!!!

Fiat Menlyn should purchase a welding machine to shut the doors.

So far after sales service does not exist. Bought car in December still waiting for promises made. Will not recomend buying a car from them

Parking is ok and the service personnel is friendly and helpful. The sales people on the other hand is scarce and they have very limited stock to test drive or choose from

Expensive dey dnt have parts for their own cars how disappointing
