Impossible to get an appointment. Website says someone will call after 1 to 3 working days. No one did. I phoned reception after that and Tanya said she will phone me back after going through my answers. Never did. Tried emailing twice again. Nothing. Playing with emotions as you get excited by being referred to this great Dr, but the office support does not care at all. We are at day 8 and still nothing from their offices about an appointment. Sooooo angry.

Dr Trouw and his team are the best. After 8 years of infertility. We got pregnant with twins on our 1st IVF round. I already recommended friends to Dr Trouw and all of them are also pregnant.

Fantastic service, great advice and overall a wonderful experience. I can recommend Both Dr Venter and Dr Trouw. We were successful in our first IVF cycle with Twins (after 10 years of infertility). Looked after us through the whole pregnancy from IVF to birth. They are now 5 Months old and thriving.

A lot that is not clear there everything is very confusing to people at the accounting desk something doesn’t work out. I don’t know if they do it with everyone or just foreigners. Today from my experience I do not advise anyone. I like everything very clear, we have to know what we are paying for.

Never in my life have I experienced nurses, admin and doctors thats actually angels walking around in plain peoples clothes. Since 2016 my husband and I were struggling to get pregnant and after 2 labs and 6 IUIs Dr Trouw helped us to get pregnant via IVF middle 2020, in a pandemic, with more than hope and laughter. Dr. Verter took over from there (our choice). I had a few complications and not once did we struggle to get help, from the smallest cramp to a pain in my back, the whole Fertility clinic are there to support, help, laugh and cry with you !! Thank you, Dr Venter for all the advice, love, caring, hugs and gentleness yet firm, Tanya (you always keep us in our place😀, Skillie for all your jokes and lots of advice, Lizette for your kind words, help, advice and patience, Junelize, you always jump when people are looking for something.Thanks again everyone!PS. Try and get a affordable, more professional, more knowledgeable, more successful practice and fertility clinic than this one, I dear you! You will regret it forever 😉
