Dr Alley is brilliant. She gives attention to detail and listens. By far the best GP i have been to. Her medical knowledge is excellent. She follows up on previous consultations. She is genuine and really cares. I would recommend her anytime. No need for me to consult with specialists anymore....dr Alley seems to have the interest and knowledge to address my needs.

And your quick response to have Warren hospitalized and placed under Dr Allemdeen care made the difference. Thank you again. Dr Nicolene chose well leaving you in care of all their patients.

VERY UNSATISFIED PATIENT.Ive been with Dr Nicolene for almost two years and as a foreigner really appreciated dealing with her. Few days ago contacted the practice to renew my prescription just to find out that because Doctor is no longer there I have to go through second annual consultation with the new Doctor, even though I already did that earlier this year with Dr Nicolene and all my files are still with the practice. Was told over the phone that doctors lied to the patients and as they went abroad theyre not coming back, thats why I either pay new, higher consultation fee or I cannot get my prescription... Feels very unfair and unethical to pay for the same thing twice even though the practice continues working as normal.

DR Mashuda Ally - simply one of the most professional GPs in the City.I was one of Dr Van Wyks patients for over a decade. I was initially reluctant to visit the new practice, because I was under the impression that I would never be able to have that kind of personal relationship with my GP again.I was therefor greatly impressed after my first visit to Dr. Ally. Zenosha Jacobs was her friendly and professional self. I did not have to wait long for my appointment. I was greatly impressed the personal attention that I received - Dr Ally was extremely kind and thorough with her questions and advise. Little did I know on that day , that this confident girl , would save my life -literally.During our first meeting she showed concern about my blood pressure. I was alarmed because I had never experience problems with hypertension. She advised me to return in a weeks time.One week later on the 26nd of May I visited her rooms. The high blood pressure symptoms persisted. She gave me a thorough examination which lasted almost half an hour.As it turned out, Dr Ally saved me from an imminent Cardiac Arrest. Her immediate liaison with dr. Naran at the Zuid Afrikaans was phenominal.Two days later I received two stents. I was so very greatful for her follow-up WhatsApp messages.I have subsequently referred family members and friends to her practice.If I have to use one word to express my views on the new Brooklyn Med, it would be Amazing.Wernher van Greuning-Oosthuizen, director@Beau Court properties.

Never try going here if you suspect you have covid. I was told I can not come into the practice because I might be Covid positive and would instead have a telephonic meeting. 2 hours after my scheduled meeting I still havent been helped despite me phoning 4 times to find out what is going on just to hear the secretary telling me to wait they have other patients. absolutely pathetic. would never recommend anybody to ever use this practice, waste of my time and effort.

Dr Van Wky has been our family Dr for the past 10 years now. His one of the best Drs you can find in Pretoria very kind, knowledgeable and patient. Thank you for always providing the best service ever. Although I miss so much your previous secretary Ms Heniriette Claassen she was expectional in her work and beyond.

They are just the best Doctors , been with them for almost 6years and with every appointment you get professional assistance, I wish one of them was a gynaecologist God we were gona be in a safe place, keep up the good work.

Best doctors I’ve come across in Pretoria! They are always friendly, always helpful and you get the feeling that they are genuinely concerned about patients (not just a, ‘get in, give medicine, get out’ service). Their prices are also very good in relation to other practices. Very glad I found them! Would 100% recommend.
