Poor, pathetic service. Promising refunds. Giving timelines and not sticking to it. I have to do all the follow up work, just to get told I have to wait another 2 weeks AFTER the fact that they are already a week over due on their originial refund dates.Well done ITickets. You will NOT Be getting any business whatsoever from me ever again.PATHETIC!!!

No refund since 7 June 2021, after they say a minimum 21 Working days I have still not received a refund. Would not suggest using them
