TLScontact Pretorias service was excellent. They are helpful and their service was very fast. Apply yourself and dont use people that apply on your behalf. Especially fraudsters that charge you for TLSs services on their invoice. All extra services TLS offers MUST be paid on-site directly to them. The online application is straight forward and easy to do. Upload your documents yourself, that will speedup the appointment.

Port Elizabeth branch is shocking. Your booking devise allows bookings on May 1st. We travelled 500k to find it shut....tell them about it, they just dont care. Great disservice to Britain..

If you are looking for customer service youve walked into the wrong place. Walked in at 10:00 and left at 13:15 after been told its a 30 min to a maximum of 1 hour. Whatever questions I put forward were brushed off like they had better things to do. Did I expect better? No, so Im not surprised

Such helpful staff! No hassles. Took exactly two weeks to process my application. Make sure you give as much info, proof, etc. as you can. Keep in mind if they need more documents it will probably take longer.

Tracking number doesnt work. Documents still not delivered days post notification of delivery and no response to follow up request. Very poor after sales service.

Where do we start? Lack of parking, waiting times are excessive, overpriced, terrible customer service. Oh no. Wait until you leave! It gets worse!Three weeks? Try seven. And, no kidding, they DO NOT have any contact details. You cant phone them, and they dont respond to emails. Just drive through, wait for hours, and be disappointed.I get better service at the Nigerian High Commission.If it wasnt for the Australian (not associated!) Call Centre giving me a heads-up, I might never have seen my passport again.

Very poor service. Excessively long waiting time. Also, there is no clear indication of the process time for visas. I allowed 3 weeks between visa appointment and traveling only to be informed that the maximum processing time of 15 working days will overshoot my travel date by 1 day. So they suggested adding the priority service for an extra R 3,700.

Together with the advice from the Australian High Commission staff, the entire process via TLS was a 5-star pleasure -- professional, caring, friendly and advisory, with Visa confirmed and delivered via email exactly as indicated. The Bio-metric sysytem works perfectly in Aussie - we left via Sydney to come back and went straight through via the electronic Passport scanner - no queues! Australia works !!

I found it confusing filling in the Australian visum application form.I was assisted on numerous occasions telephonically by Sophie.inspite of my irritation/frustration with the form, Sophie at ALL times was cool, calm and collected, always polite and made me feel as though nothing was too much trouble. I really appreciated her assistance and guidance. She is a real asset. Thank you Sophie, I really appreciate it!

I experienced all of the sevice excellent except for the lady who assisted with the actual documentation - she was not clear on which documentation I needed to submit, I had more than 1 document for spesific areas, and rather than saying just give it all she said she is not allowed to talk about the documentation.

Appalling service and extreme lack of care. When even reporting the bad service to the head office in the United Kingdom I was told put in a claim for everything! Unfortunately you will have to see how far you will get with the South Africans though, I a shocked at what has happened to you. How embarrassing to know that is the impression this office has even overseas. If you are applying for a VISA I would highly recommend going through another avenue. I will never use this service again, just shocking!

What a terrible experience. We had to cancel the Paris leg of our trip because they just never let us know about my wifes passport. And you can only ask questions via gov.uk at huge cost. And the repsonse is always a decision has been made. Nothing else.

A pleasant experience despite difficulties.The staff were polite and organised unfortunately the computer system caused some minor delays. A number of customers didnt realise that there was an additional cost involved with the service, over and above the visa fee. Others forgot to bring their booking barcode which caused problems. The information is spread over their website and takes a bit of time and effort to collate it all. A step by step guide would help.

TLS Contact do not deserve any rating, probably junk status!!! No one actually picks up the calls. No service is given. Waiting on phone for over three hours, I literally had to put the phone on handsfree so that I can pick up if I hear someone speak on the other side. Terrible!
