Super smooth communication with Consul Andrii Synelnykov. Very quick responses via email and phone. Extremely flexible, he even allowed me to collect my documents out of working hours. I have received my documents even earlier than expected. My husband is jealous- he cant arrange any paper through his Embassy:) Big thank you for Consular team!!!!

Absolutely unreasonable people! I came all the way from Botswana with a Uganda passport, and applied for a study visa. They took the whole 15 business days, only to reject it in the end. Their reasons for rejecting visa applications 100% did not apply to me. Im agitated! I spent money on travel insurance, all for nothing! I am not the only victim of this. Theres a whole pool of applicants that got rejected. I do not recommend anyone to apply for a study visa in Ukraine. The service is poor, English is poor. Ill definitely be taking this case to court, just like many people before me have done.

I applied for a Visa to visit Odessa with my wife who was born there. I consulted the website, flew to Pretoria to deliver the documents personally. I soon learned that what was indicated on the website and what the consul in fact wanted as supporting documents, is two different things. Furthermore, the embassy seldom answers phone calls, even on the allocated times and emails to the embassy always bounces back. If it was not for persons like Natalia and Luibov I would not have received my Visa in time. My view is that an embassy should assist visitors to visit their country and not create obstacles.

Never answer their phones, No service whatsoever.Call them for correct information but that is impossible as well.

The website for the embassy does not give information clearly. The person assisting with interviews and issuing of visa is very unfriendly.
