Why is the poster blurred with the email address on it bottom left hand corner????Why is the webpage not user friendly and very hard to navigate around ???Nothing is plain and simple, why the run around on a webpage???Why is it so difficult to get INCOTACT with any embassy and then, why is it so hard to get any sort of progress report on documents?? Especially when one is living abroad!?!? So frustrated with our Embassy in Spain where the are very very very unhelpful and lazy with replying to emails because when you call they don’t answer! & when you leave a voice message they don’t call back!Why are people in this sector of work if the cannot complete the tasks at hand especially when they only work 9-1:30 or something like that,where as others work much longer hours..Please someone explain the incompetence to me , because I’m at a loss for words at this point(despite my paragraph I just wrote)
