Well informed ,friendly and efficient staff ..

The service is slow and processing of student Visa is slow too. The lack of communication of requirements during Visa processing is disappointing. Expect delays in release of visas, which is highly unprofessional. Additionally, the appointment time given is more of a stamp of approval of Visa appointment rather than the actual time of appointment; your appointment might be an hour or so later especially if its from 12:00pm and you are expected to wait outside and might recieve rude service from the gate. overall overwhelming incompetence from the staff as calls concerning Visa issues are purposely left unattended to. Plus the reviews on their efficiency are cap, this has been the worst experience Ive had till date with Visa processing and embassies. Anticipate the disappointment.

Situated in a nice Area . I accompanied my Nephew, He was well recieved and served. Just had to park on the road as there is no parking .

Try giving people shortest route to a destination because had to use longest route whereas the place was a few streets from where I was .....However it helped

Disorganized, unfriendly, rude and not efficient. A real shame. Prepare yourselves well before coming here to save yourself the agony. Appointments are more a guideline than an actual timed appointment. Do your research on what you need before you come, expect little help. This is not your typical efficient EU embassy at all. Avoid if you can.

I suppose like most embassies, its a government official location, meaning admin intense and in this instance ; limited waiting time.

Lukasz made everything easier for me, had to email short documents and saved time. Very organised staff and friendly

They just cant be bothered, they dont answer the phone,We had to line up outside the gate in the rain to apply for visa. No place to sit while we await to submit the application. I also went to London visa Office for Polish Embassy and similar problems. Poor service as well.
