The service I have received is shocking. I have been trying to get my citizenship and ID sorted for almost 2 years now. They either dont bother answering phones or dont bother replying to emails. When I was told my citizenship was ready, I went to collect only to be given a copy of my application with a stamp through a window like a criminal. I then emailed in October to find out when I can get an appointment to apply for my ID and passport and asked when it will be ready as we are emigrating, still waiting for a reply. It honestly feels like these people are doing you a favour.

No service. The answering machines options are pointless and no one answers the phone. I e-mailed and got no reply yet. I sent a message on Facebook and got back a standard reply which is meaningless. Does anyone work there? Short of driving to Pretoria, how can one make an appointment to renew a Cypriot passport? Even 1 star is too much for the total lack of response
