Incomplete advice given when I bought a watch specifically for swimming. The Vivo Active 3 watch does NOT measure heart rate so you need to buy a chest strap at an additional R2400 in order to measure time in zone etc as required by Discovery Vitality. This has been an issue since 2016 but no advice regarding this was given.

I bought a Garmin vivoactive 4s watch here 2 weeks ago.The usual box was wrapped in an additional layer of cellophane plastic, and at the time I didnt think anything of it.After getting home and unwrapping the plastic to open the box, I discovered this was done to hide the fact that the box had already been opened before I bought it, and the seal of the box was broken!!!Highly suspicious and very disappointing.

Called them several weeks ago to enquire about ordering and buying a replacement battery for a GPS. Was promised that it would be ordered and notified when it arrived in store. Since then I have received no correspondence from them and no replies to any of my emails. Not happy with this at all.

The service has gone down the drain since the move to the new location. I was never notified of the arrival of the product I had ordered and I am still waiting for my warranty to be sent to me (a month now) Staff was rude and condescending.I posted a complaint about it on NavWorlds website, but never received even an acknowledgement. This is worrying, because the website is hosted for all the NavWorld branches. Does this mean they have all turned bad?
